This is a wonderful hike running from Cordelia Park right up to i-485, essentially traversing the city of Charlotte. What’s wonderful is that you can choose to hike a part of it with multiple entrances(and parking is available at those entrances) and still be rewarded for the spectacular views of the Queen City.We did the part of the hike near Metropolitan avenue in uptown Charlotte on a precariously sunny Saturday morning. This section of the hike begins near Metropolitan avenue, and some street parking is available near the entrance.The hike itself is quite easy, and along the hike you’ll find various plants, statues of people who contributed to the growth of Charlotte and also about the sculptors who designed those statues. It was quite intriguing to know about Charlotte’s history. The Little Sugar Creek runs alongside the trail and is a nice companion on the hike. It was good to read about the preservation efforts ongoing for the creatures in the creek.It’s a well-maintained trail and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a hike or a run or a bike ride in Charlotte.

We bought a couple Velotric e-bikes and searched for a fun place to ride in Charlotte, Little Sugar creek allows us to go from the beginning trail head right into the City of Charlotte. The bike trails are all smooth pavement, from one end and into the city round trip is 36 miles, so much exploring and fun. Highly recommend

A very nice walk, in winter it looks spectacular. One of the best places in the city of Charlotte to walk.

Nice idea. I use some. The greenway trail runs though lots of different landscapes, from somewhat secluded to urban and open. In places its nice for walking or jogging, but you cannot be casual about it. Bicycle riders and other wheeled people (on rare occasion a motorized one) present hazards to the walkers that one needs to look out for, particularly in the very narrow sections in the more urban areas. This is a long term project and if the money continues to flow, it should get better.

You can walk for hours and not get bored. You also have Waterbean Coffee and Trader Joe's right there among so many other businesses if you want to get a drink or grab some fresh flowers before you head out. Plenty of seating areas to enjoy the fresh air with a book. They have a small dog park too.

This park is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing time surrounded by nature. There plenty of options for the entire family: walking, jogging, hiking, outdoor sports or simply stretch and relaxing.Exploring the little creek is another great options for the little ones ;0)💯% recommended 👍

Urban trail but you would never know it. The trail connects to several other urban trails. You can hike this all thru charlotte to pineville and ballantine.

It is a amazing river side trail in Charlotte. It has many entries so can started from anywhere from the nearest entrance. It’s beautiful train has turtles, deer and various birds 😍 i went there for biking.

19 miles of trails crossing neighborhoods, fields, streets, and along creeks, which gave me an opportunity to see Charlotte up close. I passed other walkers with and without dogs. It felt safe and interesting.

We stumbled upon this one day when we visited the Target in Midtown after spending the day in Charlotte. My husband found it and took a walk while I finished my shopping. He brought me and I loved it. It reminds me of Central Park in some ways. Take a drive & just walk. Enjoy the nature. Read about the history. So interesting! I’ll be sharing this with my neighbors in Davidson. What a neat hidden treasure.If you ever visited the Trader Joe’s you were only steps away…..

Best combination of urban and green trail near uptown. The beauty starts from freedom park and goes from midtown Charlotte. Very scenic and mood enhancer walk, jogging, biking whatever you do will be awesome.

Great place to go for a walk/run. The pathway follows along a creek. There are multiple parking lots along the trail. It is well maintained. Very pretty views along the trail. There are water fountains, statues, landscapes, and more. Would recommend this to anyone that would like to get some exercise in, take the kids on a walk, or get some peace and quiet.

Nice exhibition on climate inequality, but we were expecting to see the old museum with historical exhibits that we saw several years ago. Looking forward to visiting again to hopefully see the permanent exhibits back on display in the new location. Also, there was no restroom available for visitors, so we had to leave to find one and come back.

This was a very interesting and informative spot for me to find by chance when I was looking to get out of the rain. I read through almost all of the exhibit and found everything to be quite interesting. There was a board to leave a personal comment on which I thought was a great idea and very helpful after such an emotional exhibit. Thank you and I have recommended you to other friends and family.

Not only did we get to see wonderful exhibits , but we also got to chat with some of the most kind people! They practically planned the rest of our day and definitely showed us the best kind of southern hospitality! 10/10 recommend visiting!

We took our summer camp children here and it was cool. It was a little small, but they said it was a temporary space. It was very informative, and you learn a lot about Charlotte.

Went here during Thanksgiving week while in town. It's pretty underwhelming. Studio-sized "exhibit" on one floor about incarceration that has little mention of Charlotte or even "the new South" except for a map and some posters. Rest of info is same stuff on the news. No restroom on site nor do they validate parking at the address provided on the website.

Sadly, the new location is but a mere shadow of its former glory. This was always one place I'd recommend to people who came into town because there was so much to see and so many cool historical items. But now it's mostly just a bunch of pictures and things to read. There are a few interactive touch screens. And it's MUCH smaller. You should be able to get through it in about an hour, even reading almost everything. It is completely, free, though. Donations accepted.

Nice little place to visit if you like museums. It is small so there isn't a tour. There's no cost to go in, they just ask you to donate money if you can. Parking was kinda difficult bc the preferred parking lot is easy to miss. It is right next to the museum and it is called the green lot, you have to go down a slope to go into it. They do not validate parking lot tickets anymore either.

A very small, free museum that highlights significant people from the history of the area. Worth a quick stop. Can easily explore the entire exhibition thoroughly in 15 minutes.

Liked how they made some exhibits as if on a city street with different shops. They validated our parking so it was free. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed!

Absolutely have loved this museum since they first opened in the 90s. Hate to see them close due to some new high rises that will be going in it’s place. I hope they find a permanent location soon. So much great NC history that should be shared.

1st visit to the new location. This location is not as big but is conveniently located near the Harvey B Gantt Center and other local museums. The Men of Change exhibit was amazing and very informative. The exhibit exceeded my expectations, it highlighted many historical and current "Men of Change".

I’m happy I came here! I recently moved to Charlotte and I didn’t know the rich history behind this bustling city. I think all Charlotte natives or new Charlotte residents should come here for a history lesson. So good. The front desk staff was very inviting and the parking is validated if you park in the parking garage.

The museum is well done. The layout is fantastic and I love all the different recreations of stores, barber shops and letting you really walk into them. Lots of good information and creative ways for you to interact with the exhibits, I would highly recommend!

Really cool museum! One thing about Charlotte is they have amazing museums. Levine had very informative exhibits there's alot to read through and a lot of cool things to see. It also a nice size museum. I didn't have time to get through the whole museum so I will definitely be back next time I'm in Charlotte.

Our family visited this location back in April. It was a friend of ours idea as it was her toddlers birthday weekend and this is where she wanted to go. I have an 11 and 12 year old who also enjoyed it very much. The reptiles were very cool. There was a room where you were able to put tons of things under a microscope and even the adults enjoyed that room. It's a really cute place and we all enjoyed our time.

As a homeschooling family with 4 children, this is one of our favorite places to visit! We recently experienced the newest exhibit, the Dinosaurs. It was incredible. I was blown away by the interactive media that enabled true interaction with the dinosaurs. There were even fossils that children could touch (something you’d never find in a regular museum). This dinosaur exhibit beats any other on the East coast that we have experienced!Overall, this museum is very well kept. Nothing is broken. I’m very impressed every time we step foot in this museum!

Our six year old really enjoyed her visit on her birthday. We were pleased with the large variety of exhibits that were suited to children of all ages, even the grownups! It was really great to see the mindfulness exhibit with a lot of education on mental health, and opportunities to find some peace and quiet after some of the chaos! The RainForest exhibit was my personal favorite. I would have loved to spend more time trying to find the colorful birds in the canopy.

We loved this place! There were many interesting hands on exhibits to make science fund and exciting for kids. My 3 1/2 year old son really enjoyed it. You have to buy your tickets in advance. You can get. 10% discount if you sign up for their News letter. Follow the directions for parking validation or else you’d pay $22.

Went to the marvel experience. This is a little out of pocket price wise. The Marvel thing was just costumes. Not exactly what I expected. It was $100 just for 2 of us with no membership. The membership is about the same. Having been to a good amount of science centers. This one doesn’t have much. It’s not really that engaging. The former teacher in me wonders how this would keep kids attention for more than 30 seconds. This place is alright but needs to upgrade. I do like the different environment sections. It DOES have some fun stuff. Just saying that for the amount and space available I was thinking more would be there. If you have kids - you’ll still enjoy it

Had allot of fun the kids had a blast I would say going up to the top of the parking deck and just walking across the pathway instead of crossing the street is easier for large groups. Definitely will a stroller for infants.

I've been here multiple times with my children. It is definitely geared more to an older child. We really like it here but compared to other science museums I've been to I just don't feel like it has enough. It's always really clean though and the staff are always helpful. We came to see the Apollo exhibit while it was here. That's a tiny aquarium. Lots of physics/simple machines for kids to test. Learn about the body. Indoor rainforest.

For kids to learn through experience, this place is superb. Initially I was underwhelmed. The live stock and life exhibitions are limited. However all the activities to get kids involved in makes up for any life exhibits.From biology, physics, chemistry to geology, kids can experience these science through play and experiment. Give yourself several hours.

I went here with my family on a Saturday and it was extremely busy. Both of my sons, ages 1.5 and 4.5, really enjoyed themselves. We were there for a little over 4 hours and it was time well spent.The hands on exhibits were really nice and educational. Some exhibits were a little more popular than others, so there were lines, which was fine. However, done kids weren’t being supervised so they were skipping the line which was incredibly frustrating for a toddler who was waiting patiently for his turn. Considering some people just let their children run wild with little to no supervision here, it would be nice if some of the more popular exhibits had “attendants” to try and keep things orderly and fair.There’s an area for little kids specifically, which both of my kids loved and would’ve stayed in for hours had we met them. The second floor had most of the “cool stuff” which we almost missed out on because we didn’t realize we had to take a special elevator to get to it. Would’ve been helpful if the people at the front desk told us that, but fortunately, we discovered it on our own.The small aquarium was ok even with some of the sea creatures being a bit shy, one of which seemed hungry.The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The exhibits were mostly in good condition with the exception of a few that could’ve used some tending to, and it was really fun for my children and I.I would definitely recommend this to parents with kids of all ages. Even people without kids would enjoy themselves here.

Decided to bring my son here for his birthday.. I've been to a couple of discovery science places and this by far was the worst one I've experienced.. I feel it needs to do a revamp the experience and price you pay don't add up.. some of the activities in the cool stuff section weren't even working at all.. the aquarium was ok the rainforest was cool for what it was. The education facilities were neat to have but all were empty for the most part.. they need to fix how you buy tickets online.. we waited 25 minutes to get in bc of how slow the person at the front had to look up numbers scan your phone .. could be better and faster . Didn't do iMax but iMax will always be king of theater's

Love this place for my toddler. He was able to interact and touch everything. The rain forest exhibit was awesome along with their smaller aquarium. The visit was well worth your money. So many things to do and learn here for a variety of ages.

Excellent for small and big kids. It's a very fun place and has so many great attractions. I really enjoyed and my 12 year old and 3 year old had a blast. It was something different and with cool stuff that they don't get bored. I strongly recommend this place.The staff is very friendly and always available. It has a parking behind and the price for the park and parking isn't bad. You can pay the ticket at the museum.

So i went here on a field trip .. and surprisingly the place was really nice ! they had a lot of hands on things to do and they had a lot of cool animals and they made stuff look so realistic i want to go again but i recommend that you guys keep the aquarium tanks clean .. still a nice place though they always have 3 floors , a gift shop , and a food court . they also have a lot of things you can learn from which is mostly sciencey if you get me ! .

We came here on Friday after 4th of July while on vacation in Charlotte. The facility is very large, on 3 levels, and there are TONS of interactive things to do on every level. Everyone in our group (ages 5-65) had a great time and learned cool stuff about nature, animals, the human body, and space. This is not a boring museum, everything is hands on and creative. We even saw a movie in the IMAX Theater (Despicable Me 4). Not sure why we paid an extra $21 for the movie because we walked right into the theater - no one was monitoring the door or checking tickets. Excellent place to spend 3 hours with family.

Discovery Place is and always will be AWESOME! I've been going here since I was a child, and now I have the opportunity to take my own kids. I'd give them 5 stars, but we were kind of saddened that we couldn't afford to see the IMAX movies anymore. They have a great admission discount for families that receive SNAP benefits, but not much of a discount for the actual IMAX tickets so we were pretty bummed that we couldn't afford to pay around $30 for our family of 4 to go see a movie. However, if you have the money, the IMAX is unique and a one of a kind experience. Another pricing issue was with the moving exhibit- $20 per PERSON to see super heroes... I didn't see anyone walk into that exhibit for that price. Money aside, GENERAL admission grants you access to the museum portion which includes a children's area (7 years old or younger), a rainforest, a mini aquarium, an area where you can zoom in with microscopes on all sorts of nature-y things like rocks, sand, bugs, bones, shells, etc... and so much more! It's a lot of fun and there's a lot to learn for both adults and children. Our favorite exhibit has always been the bed of nails, because, how cool is that?! If you live in or are visiting the immediate area and haven't visited this museum, it's definitely in my book of top 5's for things to do in Charlotte with kids.

Wonderfully creative place for your children of all ages! We live in Raleigh but came here cuz we can get in for free with our membership to Marbles here in Raleigh! 😁👍 Saved us $67 on admission!!! AMEN! 😄😄 There are three floors of fun sciency things for your kids to experiment with, creative building things, water play, musical things, and the best part our son loved the most…ANIMALS!!! He LOVED seeing the animals and experience that aspect. My favorite part was the HUGE 2-story tropical rain forest type bird aviary they have there! Top notch! 🦜🦢🦩🕊️🦜 We went through all three floors, then took our lunch break in their AWESOME cafeteria!!! The food was AWESOME! You HAVE to get one of their Mango Smoothies!!!! 😋😋😋😋😋👍👍 After finishing lunch, we walked through the museum a second time, hitting all of the highlights and seeing our favorite parts again. LOVED IT! (The only negative aspect at all, was that a few of their interactive exhibits needed their pieces replenished…or some aspect of the apparatus fixed or maintenance performed on it.)

We visited Discovery Place Science recently with our 4 oldest grandchildren, ages 10, 12, 14, with some doubt as to whether they would be too old for the exhibits. I'm not sure why we were worried. They absolutely loved it. There were plenty of interactive exhibits and lots of exhibits with live animals. On the day we were there, there was a Marvel exhibit, which was fun for us older guys as well as the kids. We will definitely go back.

This place has so much potential. Half of the interactive attractions were broken or missing parts. There were so many creativity based centers, but none of them were stocked with supplies. We did enjoy the rain forest and the aquarium areas immensely. The Cafe was great and the food was both reasonably priced and very good.

Amazing place to bring the kids or even entertaining for adults! The best kids museum I've ever been to. They have fun activities and things that kids cannot do anywhere else. Just go!

My partner and I visited for Science on the Rocks - and it was such a fun date night! It was the perfect chance to relax and explore the museum kid-free 🍻

It's a wonderful experience for all ages. So much changes along the way, since I've been there. Love the atmosphere and the multi-level they have to explore. You can get to feel and things to do while you there. Also the IMAX dome theater will have you floating in the cloud. The mini rain forest and aquarium have a good viewing to enjoy.

If you are in Charlotte, it is a fun place to visit and good for all age groups. You can buy tickets at the booth or book online, either you it works. Consider family membership option if you are family of two and have 2-3 kids, as the family membership provides more value for money and you get two buddy passes which you can use immediately during the visit if you have more than two adults in your group. Simulation drive is included with the family membership, so value instead of combo tickets. It is a long line sometimes and probably most times to get into simulation. You can easily spend 3-4 hours at the museum, rest rooms are clean and very accessible.

NASCAR hall of fame museum is a must visit! I enjoyed this a lot with my family. The experience wasn’t what I had expected at all— in a great way! Stimulations and interactive activities all throughout. Very clean and well kept facility. Loved the gear shop as well. Highly recommend purchasing the Combo 1 package as you’re provided a cool lanyard for your hard card and unlimited rides on the race stimulator. Would love to visit again.

Its interesting and they have guided tours as well as a pit crew test where you can compete against other people. Not very expensive and they have a military discount, but not first responder for entrance tickets. Parking is not free unless you are a "Legends and Champions" member-I assume you'd know if you meet that qualification.

Whether you're newly introduced to NASCAR or you're an avid fan, this place is a must-see. My mom and I went today, and it was a treat! We were able to take our time to look through all of the exhibits, and the staff was so courteous. They were very enthusiastic and willing to answer any questions. A memorable experience all around.

I am glad to finally visit the NASCAR Hall of Fame. My son is a big fan and I watch it a bit but we both had a blast! Learning the history and seeing everything on display was mesmerizing. The simulators were exciting and it was great to experience what the NASCAR life is like. I wish there were a few more sections so kids can interact since they are fans too but we made it work. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had.

Great to visit love the history. The simulator experience is fun too only way it could be better is if kids had their own Sim. And adults had their own so you could get a more realistic experience.

It's interesting and neat to see the cars. But for 34 dollars and 12 dollars for parking. Unless your a really big fan of racing save yourself some money and skip this. There's a 12 minute movie that was interesting. But the best thing that is offered is the simulation it will have a long wait unless your going to stay all day plan on going on it once. Nascar is a billion dollar sport and this was the best they could do for its hall of fame, sorry but it's a big disappointment.

We had an absolutely amazing time here. About $ 80+ for 3 people with 2 of our tickets being discounted military. There are packages you can purchase to include a simulator ride. Very interactive. You get a card to scan at the stations for more information or to activate the kiosks. You can take a picture and get your face and name on the large jumbo screen with your favorite drivers you select underneath your picture welcoming you. There was a simulator qualifier, the real thing and a timed pit crew simulator. Super cool museum to view the history of NASCAR, owner and driver history. Amazing time for all.

Clean facilities, everything was easy to read and adequate labelling of where to go. Good explanation of interactive activities or what was displayed. Best part was the staff, they were all very happy to help, explain and keep you engaged. Definitely recommend the simulator combo. Didn't eat there but food smelled and looked delicious.

We got to go after hours with our convention, so it was pretty packed, and im not sure how that compares to a normal experience. If you're interested in Nascar, you'll love this place! There is lots of information for the history buffs, and lots to see! There was even interactive displays and "games."

Pretty cool for a half day activity and have fun games and activities for the kids. Wish there was more representation of diversity and some bumper cart action to tie it all together. A bit underwhelming for how big the building is.

Great for kids, honestly it was much more interactive than I thought it would be. They have an individual card for you to use and scan throughout the tour to customize your experience, lots of models of the engineering and building of the cars too. They went all out on decoration and props, the place is extremely clean and well kept. 4 stories, but with elevators and ramps leading all the way up it's not a difficult jot though they said it takes about 3 hours to complete we were done in about 2. If you pay the extra for the driving simulator, there will be a bit of a wait and we didn't have that kind of time. All in all, great value and a good memory

I’m not a NASCAR fan but the hall of fame is definitely worth visiting if you are in town and have time. We visited on a Monday right when it opened and it was empty. We did the racing simulator multiple times as well as the pit crew station; both were fun. There are a lot of exhibits for those that are fans. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and clearly loved working there.

I like old cars, so it was cool to see vintage cars from when NASCAR first started out. They have a movie room on the first floor, where you can learn about the origins of NASCAR racing. There are several more floors with interactive games/videos. It’s not just for kids or die hard fans. As a history buff/movie fan, it was cool to see and learn. Bought a hat at the gift shop when I was done, for my friend back home.

Was very impressed by the RFID personalization experience with the museum - when you scan your tickets, you are provided a small card with an RFID chip, which when registered allows you to interact with exhibits and even save items from exhibits for a “personalized scrapbook” you can have emailed to you!The museum itself featured exhibits on well known racers and their cars, as well as a neat exhibit on the top floor showing safety advancements over the years. The museum also had lots of interactive experiences, like simulators, and a pit crew challenge!

What a fantastic experience. One of the friendliest environments I have ever been in. From the front desk to the workers on the floor it’s like they were all trained at Chick fil a. Super high level of customer service at the hall of fame. The exhibits were beautiful and the car simulators were awesome. But the most fun had to be the pit lane simulator where you physically have to do a pit stop on a car. Such a great place to visit I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone

We visited early afternoon on a weekday, no waiting to get in and I recommend you pick a ticket package that best suit your needs. You may not want to take part in all the Halls attractions. We did the simulator and photo with lunch credit package. You also get a $10 speed (gift) shop voucher included. The displaces are beautifully displaced with detailed narration. We enjoyed ourselves.

I am not a Nascar fan, but I did enjoy the museum. The interactive race simulator was so much fun! Very clean, with fun exhibits. My husband thoroughly enjoyed!

Looking back at old pictures then realized I need to tell you to go! I went August 2022. I did not know exactly what to expect, but it exceeded any expectations. It was large, clean, informative, interactive and interesting. Its very well made. A must see in Charlotte.

I was especially impressed by the Hall of Honor, which introduced me to the legends of the sport and their incredible stories.Even though I'm not a racing enthusiast, I had a blast with the simulator experiences. It was a unique chance to feel what it's like to be on a NASCAR track, and I found it really fun.The staff members were friendly and happy to share their knowledge, which helped me understand more about the sport. And the gift shop had some cool NASCAR merchandise that even a casual fan like me couldn't resist.So, even if you're not a NASCAR fanatic, the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte can still be a fun and educational experience. It certainly was for me!

I had a great time exploring the history and memorabilia of the Nascar Hall of Fame. Seeing the cars up close and on the banked track of the rotunda, you really get a feel for what it's like being a driver. Upon entry, every ticket holder receives a plastic, credit card sized card that helps you interact with the displays and make it a more personal experience. With the race simulator (for an additional charge) and the pit crew challenge (included in general admission), you get to experience what it's like to sit in the driver seat and be a pit crew member.There are also tons of artifacts on display with a brief story behind the person that wore, drove, owned, or turned a wrench on. With so much to see and learn about, you really need multiple days to explore, but it's also makes a good day trip. Whether you are a Nascar fan or not, it's worth seeing at least once.

We were in town for a conference and I decided to take my little one to check out the cool cars! Let me just say he loved it! He is a big fan of lightning McQueen, so that was a lovely surprise for him!I purchased the number three combo pack and it was definitely worth it! The barbeque beef sandwich was great! You also get a $10 credit for the gift shop which is pretty cool and a free photo! There is the option to buy a second photo for $15.The employees were friendly and it was fun exploring the museum!

The right place for people interested in motor sports. Great furnishings and lots of exhibits. The racing simulator is not easy and requires training. Price performance for admission is good.

I don’t know what kid or adult wouldn’t like this place!! Definitely going back! Well worth the money. I bought tickets online, but there still would have been no wait! Very organized and structured. Bought a package that comes with the simulator, lunch, a certificate to the gift shop and other goodies! Very interactive and educational museum! There’s like 3 or 4 levels to the museum so wear your walking shoes. A theater with a 20 minute show is included you can watch at your leisure.

A truly amazing experience. The architecture of the venue alone is a marvel. The cars, suits, helmets, trophies and other exhibits are wonderfully arranged. Do not miss trying the race simulation in a model car and the pit stop challenge. Something not to miss by any means when in Charlotte

The museum is well done and conveniently located downtown. Many of the exhibits are interactive and provide a look into the history of the sport. Seeing the old trophies, fire suits, and cars is a must do activity for any NASCAR fan.There’s a gift shop and cafe and it’s attached to a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Huge place. So much to see and do. So reasonably priced for all you get. Simulators, pit stop challenge and so many more interactive exhibits. We stayed 3 hours but, could have stayed 5. We loved it.

This was a fun little way to spend the afternoon. The museum was not too busy. The simulator was so much fun and worth the extra money for the ticket. Parking was easy. I would go back. Great for all ages.

We bought a combination package. We enjoyed the exhibits. The museum is clean and well organized. The employees are informative and helpful. We enjoyed the simulator. The food in the cafe was really good. Great experience.

This place is fun for all! Knowledgeable about the sport and even had live simulators to enjoy from racing to pit stop challenges. Recommend getting the package to eat and enjoy free memorabilia and photos with crew or family

The Nascar Hall of Fame is a must-see for any fan. There are so many things to look at, you could easily spend a whole day here. As a Harvick fan, I was super excited to see the 4EVER exhibit they have right now. Admission isn't too expensive and is worth the price. There are several pay to park lots within walking distance. The surrounding area is nice and very clean.

You don't have to get tickets online before you go. The place is very good for the family outing. Give yourself 2-3 hours time frame to stay there, they also have free iRacing there, so as driving simulation inside NASCAR cars. The entire place about 4 levels, you start from the top and walk down. Their gift shop is very good, but it doesn't have various selections of NASCAR drivers' items. They mostly have souvenirs that belong to the place, not drivers. Definitely, I recommend this for myself to visit again and others

Pretty cool experience. I was able to go through a company party so everything was available for use. The driving simulation was really cool. You first qualify on a machine with a steering wheel and then you get in an actual life size Nascar and race with a screen in front of you. 16 people were able to race each other at once. They also had a tire changing challenge. The whole walkway up goes through all the degrees of the tracks. It was pretty cool. It also had a ton of memorabilia for Nascar fans.

Definitely a bucket list place for any NASCAR fan. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there. I arrived a little later on a Saturday (after lunch) and it wasn't crowded at all. Lots of history and memorabilia there, stuff going way back.

Even though I'm only a moderate NASCAR fan, and my wife has no love for any motor sport this place is an absolute must visit. The exhibitions are fun and brilliantly done. It's reasonably priced to get in with lots of combinations to make it cheaper.

I am not a huge NASCAR fan but family is. I went to get some photos and videos to send back home. I left very impressed. I would absolutely go back and experience everything they have again even as a non-fan. Glory Road is very awesome inspiring and the actually Hall is breathtaking. The video they show in the theater tells you everything you need to know on the sport. Definitely worth a visit!

Best place for inspiration and race car fans. Their display was beautifully done and they speak for the self. I would recommend go spend atleast few mins to read story around it. Overall was very inspiring and motivational visit

Fantastic museum completely different than I was expecting.The cars are very well arranged, clean, all details and information about them with pictures and displays.Information about the roads where they race, angle of the road in all angles. Their car simulator is a must to do for if you want to have the feeling of drive those cars at high speed.They have a theater room to show movies of cars competition.Better yet, they have discounts for seniors.I recommend this place to all ages and gender.

Beautiful facility with kind and welcoming staff. The facility is setup so nicely! You will see and learn all aspects of NASCAR including detailed history. Don't skip the simulator and pit crew challenge. Well worth the price of admission. There is limited street parking but there is an attached parking garage. We went on a weekday (Thursday) and it wasn't busy.

Great place to visit if you're a Nascar fan of any kind that said, overall great place to visit. Even if you are just a car fan, it's well laid out and very interesting.Extremely clean, if you care to eat there the cafeteria is not overpriced and is much faster than trying to eat in Buffalo wild wings which is attached. You can wait there till you're gray-haired and probably never get a table.Parking is just around the corner from the front door and easily accessible to the Hall of Fame

If you're a die hard NASCAR fan who appreciates the history, you'll likely really enjoy a visit to the hall of fame. For me as a casual fan at best, I had a very underwhelming experience. Also, I wouldn't bring kids here, they'll be very bored. The best thing was that all of the workers I encountered were nice and helpful. Everything else I found to be very boring and quite overpriced. The driving simulation was kind of cool, but was quite far from a realistic experience overall.If the cost of admission was half of what they charge, I'd feel a bit more like I got my money's worth. Otherwise, it's just boring and overpriced. Plus you have to pay for parking too.

If you love the outdoors, the park also has plenty of green spaces and jogging paths that will provide you with the opportunity to run and walk. In addition, the park has picnic areas and recreation areas where you can enjoy beautiful views of nature and spend time with family and friends.

This is one of Charlotte's central parks. Gorgeous panorama has a public toilet. And an artificial waterfall. there are a lot of events, starting with rallies and ending with rallies, there is a playground for animals. Nearby are huge stadiums and many hotels and restaurants, bars and all the most interesting. Great view of the city of Charlotte. I advise everyone who is in North Carolina for the first time. There is something to see and admire the beauty of the city. There are a lot of parking lots nearby. It’s a sin not to walk around the city without seeing this park

This park had the best views of downtown since it was smack dab in the middle of the city. As with the first ward park, there were a bunch of homeless people around hollering at you so wouldn’t recommended after dark.

Beautiful park right in the middle of Charlotte! I really enjoy walking around here while enjoying a day out with family and friends! For all those who enjoy a good city view, this is one of the best spots to see the skyline of Charlotte!

What an amazing park in Uptown Charlotte. Big flat grassy areas, a huge fountain, lots of trees and shade, super awesome view of the Charlotte skyline. I've been here and seen yoga and fit classes going on, I've seen kids throwing frisbees and dogs playing fetch. It's a big grassy space and it's absolutely lovely!The park is named after Romare Bearden, an artist who was born nearby and then moved to New York where he spent most of his adult life. A beautiful slice of fun in the heart of uptown Charlotte. It’s located in the backyard of the Truist Baseball Stadium. The fountain is breathtaking and a great place to take formal photos with the city skyline in the backdrop. It’s also a known gathering place for many events. Last weekend there was a large group of people on all kinds of wheels (bikes, skateboards, hover boards, inline skates, roller skates, scooters, and more. There are plenty of places to sit and people watch. Walk towards the light rail station and you will find a quaint alley with restaurants with cuisine from all over the world. There is plenty to do if you want to be active and plenty of space to sit and relax.

Best place to have downtown view in 360 degree views. But should be careful of car parking spot. Do not park on roadside!

Great park to attending during the day and night. Bring a ball if you have active kids or if you are in to enjoying open space. Great spot for pictures too.

I really enjoyed this park, is spacious, clean, it has good spots for instagram pictures and people use to go there to take family photos. Near to the park there is a street with some good restaurants as Valhalla (in front of the park) where you can have american food or mexican food, also drinks or co*cktails.

Absolute beautiful park! There's a huge field to play catch or kick ball in. Or lay out in the field for a picnic. There's even a dog 🐕 park for the fur babies. There's benches all over for sitting as well as a beautiful water exhibit. This park is right across from the baseball field and a block away from the stadium 🏟 .

Really cute modern city park with lots of amenities. Area gets a little questionable towards the evening with some seedy characters hanging around after 6pm so just like any city, keep your awareness about you. Fountains and water features are very cool during the day and in the evening.

It's a lovely park with statues and waterfall. There are benches for people to rest, also you can seat on the grass and enjoy the view. It's not a big park, but it locates in the center of Charlotte and you can see skyscrapers from here. Especially its wonderful at night time. I definitely recommend to visit it.

It's a nice park in the middle of the city. Evenings are pleasant. It has a big playground where kids can play and run around.The only prob is some kids do rash biking. I think they need to stop those bikes/scooters from entering the park.

Recently visited this stadium for a team outing, and it's a fun place. The proximity of the city lights to the field is a nice touch. There was a Christmas lights event going on, which lit up the stadium beautifully. Some activities like snow tubing and ice skating are available for additional charge. Parking is expensive nearby, but there are several parking garages that cost $10 for almost a day and are only 0.5 mile away.

First baseball game experience.The field, stadium, and shops were tidy.The bathrooms were clean and easy to find. I was grateful for this!There wasn't a terribly huge crowd, which was very nice.I was able to bring my water bottle in, but the water didn't taste very good (I'm a water snob though).Still, I was grateful to have my own water bottle to fill up.We won free tickets, but I'd pay for a game and go again.

We finally made it to a game and it did not disappoint despite the loss. The stadium is fan friendly and the backdrop is beautiful! Shout out to the usher in 117-118 that kept us entertained between innings 😄

We went to the Night Christmas Market. It was fun! Lots of sites, foods, colors, trees, snow, and laughter.The market had numerous photo opportunities throughout. There were vendors and food stands around the venue.The food was good. The food was mainly German. We ate our fill and washed it down with hot mulled wine.The place felt magical. The kids there were excited. Santa was there for photo opportunities too.Enkoyable family outing. You can make this a family tradition.Enjoy

Great experience at Truist field, watching the Charlotte Knights.I was at the picnic area to start. Had some decent chili hot dogs with coleslaw and chocolate chunk cookies.Then I made my way to visitors dugout side for a better view of the game with an excellent Charlotte skyline backdrop. The view became more beautiful as it got later and the sun fully set.

I took my son here for the first time. He really enjoyed it. We went for the $15. All you can eat and he was in love with the hot dogs and the Sprite. The mascot was very entertaining as well as the game. The staff was very friendly and the players was also they even handed my son a baseball. Plus after the game players was friendly interacting with the kids taking pictures and signing autographs. The hot dog was good and hot popcorn ice cream the pretzel. The field was nice plus they had a little kid bounce house to keep the kids entertained.

You must go to the Light the Knights Festival before it ends Jan. 6th! Tickets are $10 for regular admission, Ice Skating is $25, Snow tubing is $25 (regular admission included), or all inclusive for $35. The snow slope has 6 lanes and is perfect for little kids. The entire place is decked out with Christmas decor and has multiple vendors. The entire experience is great for all ages. You can find $10 parking across the street.

I always enjoyed coming to this place when I was little. It was called at the time BB&T Park when I was little. Bottom line, there are so many great things about this place. You get to experience once in a lifetime moments, where as in other parts of the baseball world you don’t. This place has some of the most AMAZING people, who dedicated themselves to make this baseball experience possible for us to enjoy.I hope that my life continues to be filled with endless memories at this place, hoping to raise my future with the brilliant nature of the field.I’ve been to many games, and you can too, see for yourself and it won’t disappoint you. (Even if the Knights lose)

Came to see the baseball game on asaturday at 7pm. This stadium is fairly big with open areas. They have plenty of concession stands throughout the stadium, so anywhere you sit, you have access to the same food in any area you sit at. They offer normal baseball game foods such as hit dogs, fries, pretzels, beer, etc. Everything was super clean, including the bathroom, the many times I went. There is security as well as helpers around the stadium that help you navigate your way to your seats in case you are a bit lost. They have multiple entrances, and in those entrances, multiple lines, so you move quickly and swiftly and don't have to wait forever to get in. The lines for beverages and food also move quickly. They may look big, but they move pretty fast. Overall, it was always a pleasant experience when I came to this stadium. This is in uptown, so parking will definitely be a hassle, even in a parking deck.

This is a great ball field. Was there to see the Knight Baseball game. The stadium is located in he heart of uptown, and the location is beautiful. I've been here twice in the day time, but I look forward to going to an evening game to see the buildings all light, I'm sure it's absolutely beautiful. The tickets are pretty reasonable, and seating is decent in any location. Definitely would recommend going to see this AAA Minor League team

It was a great experience it’s a baseball field but me and my lil girls went to the Christmas “Lights of the Knights Festival” they have every year. Definitely alot of fun for the entire family.

Go Knights!I’ve been here several times since it’s construction. It has to be one of the best ballparks in minor league baseball, with a great lot in downtown Charlotte, good concession food, and fun fireworks shows on Friday nights.

Just went to the Light the Knights festival last night. It was pretty cool! I think we picked a good night because it wasn't busy and we were able to go tubing/ice skating with no wait. The light areas on the concourse level were really cool and the market was cute. They have food/drinks in both areas which is great. Liquor and beer were available for purchase and the Paper Mill Pub was also open. We had a great time!

Attended the light the Knights event. Kids enjoyed snow tubing and ice skating. Wish they didn’t combine activities so we could choose which one to do price wise. Besides those 2 activities not much else going for it. We went during the day so not sure if that makes a difference.

We got to go see a knights game for the first time last week and we had a blast! We mostly spent our time in the kids zone and the hill, but we did have access to the event buffet due to being a group event. The food was good and had plenty of options, the drinks were cold and had several choices. Our boys loved the bouncy house and slide. The hill was fun to run up and down and roll down too!

Very nice Ball Park, the skyline is an amazing backdrop, the Beer was cold lol, and the food we had was not bad for a baseball field.

This park has raised the bar for what a park can be, I may have to begin issuing tiers. I would place this park on a S-Tier level. 🙌🏾I was not able to see all that this park has to offer but from what I was able to witness this place has everything. From a great place for portraiture, activities for the kids, a place to have a cookout and/or even a FAMILY REUNION, there a mini amphitheater and a walk/run trail and a nature preserve. 🤩 🏞If you are ever in Charlotte North Carolina, do yourself a favor and check this place out you will not be disappointed. 🍾🎈🎉

My first time at this park was a few weeks ago with my daughter. She planned a picnic for us and it was wonderful. There's plenty of places to sit and read, relax, meditate, do yoga, and just enjoy the scenery. There are benches and a beautiful pond, and fishing is allowed. Pets are welcomed, and you can ride your bike or scooter at your leisure.

Simply a wonderful park. I loved all the space that it had and places to walk and a lot of activity going on such as picnics, walks, Sports on fields, wedding pictures, exploring, excellent Kids Play Gym, great nature scenes, a natural Amphitheater and more. Well done Charlotte!

Very pretty, nice walk but they need to regrade some of the walkways to avoid flooding after heavy rains. The lake is picturesque and there are many ducks and geese swimming in it. Plenty of dogs and families walking about too so there is calm and happy vibe throughout the park. I enjoy walking there on a beautiful spring or fall day.

Freedom Park is a fantastic place with a diverse range of trees, a serene lake, and charming geese. It's the perfect spot for relaxing and rejuvenating walks. The variety of trees and the peaceful atmosphere create a truly uplifting experience. Highly recommended!

So pleasantly surprised by this park. It has a little something for everyone. Great walking trails, huge pond, safe sidewalk connections to the city, cute parks, volleyball, big fields, water features and a little Panther training center.The only reason that it didn't get full stars is because there was hardly any shade covering the actual playground so from the hours of 10-5, the playground is too hot for the kids to play on safely. This really limits who the park is available to.

Very nice and clean park with plenty of parking. Clean restrooms. Pet friendly. There's something for the entire family here. Walking trails, playgrounds, softball/baseball fields, basketball & tennis courts, sand volleyball area, and open fields for frisbee or other activities.

What a beautiful, wonderful, park! Great walking and cycling paths, history markers, playgrounds, BBQ pits and shelters, and even a Carolina Panthers Play 60 obstacle course for all ages! Extremely dog friendly too unlike what I had read previously which made me leave my dog behind. Won't make that mistake again. Even if your not particularly close to Charlotte, it is worth the drive and one can easily kill an entire day there. Check it out, you will NOT be disappointed.

It’s my first time to visit this park and its so amazing. I love the walking trail as well the scenery. Good for nature lovers. Family friendly as they have playground for kids and court for different sports. Just encounter difficulty in finding the parking. And if your kind of person that insects really love, better to have insect repellant with you or wear long sleeves and pants.

Love this place. There are a wide range of trees and plants. The walkways are clear and well managed. You can walk completely around the pond. There is a lot of shade available. To me, this is the perfect weekend. All dogs I saw were on leash, as well. There was a nearby food truck which had a long line.The only con I could find was the water was a little murky. I like to see the fish. 🐟

Beautiful and peaceful park for all ages! They have softball, football and volleyball arrangements on the periphery of the park and then all around the water, you can picnic, play some family games or enjoy an afternoon nap. I believe they have live music and events in the summer, not sure but the stage was set up for it so definitely keep an eye out.The washrooms very clean and well maintained. There are 3-4 parking areas around the park but they do fill up fairly fast.

I highly recommend going here either by yourself or with your family.There's a little bit of everything for you or the family to do!In one half of the park there's:Tennis & pickleball courts;soccer & baseball fields;A bathroom and drinking fountainan AWESOME obstacle course and pull up bars; a large swing set with (10) regular swings and (4) small child swings;A decommissioned steam locomotive to look at and walk intoA good sized park for the kids;In the other half of the park there's:A medium sized lake with fountains where you can fishA long walking/ biking trailAn amphitheatre with a beautiful bridge (popular for taking pictures)Many picnic tables for you to eat at;A terraced hill (to sit on or view shows put on in the amphitheatre.There's so many things to do- we can't wait to go back!The bathrooms are a little cleaner than most parks.Beware near the terraced hill, as there's some nasty biting ants- careful where you sit an be step!;

People are always friendly here and it's a great place to exercise or get some outdoor time. They have art events here, and this is where they filmed some shots for Love is Blind Season 6.

Once upon a time I lived a block from Freedom Park, age 14-15. An easy walk or bicycle ride brought me to an oasis in another landscape. There I met many young people and had a wonderful experience. Each fall is held The Festival in the Park, an art, music, and activity celebration. I’ve missed it for several decades now but it brings back memories.

A must visit place to refresh our moods. We can go here with partner, friends or family. It has clean and good restrooms too. Loved the overall environment.

What a beautiful place to take a walk which is what my wife and I did today there at Freedom Park. So much yet to explore. Nice playgrounds as well.

Love Freedom Park and the spacing. Very busy place on the weekends ( at times). The parking is very limited, especially if there is an event going on. I suggest parking along the streets if you don't mind. We celebrated our spontaneous International Dance Day💃 in April around the fountain. We had a ball! People joined us to dance with flags, and learn a quick line dance 💃 We will be doing it again the first Saturday in June, July & August (2024) Dancing to burn 🔥 calories in the park for 1 hour.

Beautiful park in the middle ofCharlotte. Great paved walking path around the pond. Several picnic tables with some under shelters. Restrooms were open and honestly cleaner than expected for an urban park setting.

Freedom Park is a wonderful park in Charlotte, and has been my favourite ever since I moved here. It’s located in between Dilworth and Myers Park area.The park is spread around a lake, which has pretty views. The paved trails allow for convenient walking and running. The tennis courts allow for a good way to showcase your tennis skills. At times, I’ve also seen performances and events going on in the park, which provides a good communal feeling of partaking in things together.The Charlotte Nature Museum right next to the park is a fun way to learn about the animals of the Piedmont region, and I’ve been there multiple times as well. It’s worth it.Overall, Freedom Park is a wonderful way to chill, relax, exercise and spend time either alone or with your loved ones. The views are amazing as well. The steam engine in the park is pretty cool too. The swings and the playground area for kids attracts children and families all the year around.The name Freedom Park was bestowed upon it to honour the veterans of World War II.There’s parking available at the Whittington Field entrance.

Nice park with lots of tennis courts. Fresh, clean air, it was quiet when I visited it. I was looking for a wall to play tennis on my own, there is something wooden, which potentially could be used to practice alone, but probably not a great way to play - it doesn't seem to be sturdy enough.

Beautiful day to explore the park, Easter Sunday. Bikes to rent, people out enjoying the sun, and we spotted an Owl hanging out in the wood line.

Very spacious and acoustic-friendly theater. Tiered seating allows for good viewing, no matter where you sit. Great leg room and the seats are comfortable. Bathrooms located on the first level or ground floor. Beverage and snack prices are typical for Charlotte venues. It is nice that you can take your beverages inside the theater.

This is a great place to take your family.. the opera was amazing, the support cast, even better. A lot of hard work went into this.

My family and I have been to several shows here and we always enjoy it. Most recently we have seen Mrs Doubtfire and Back to the Future. Both were excellent! I would recommend the last minute tickets you buy at the box office if you are willing to take a gamble on where you sit. Sometimes you get an awesome lower level seat for only $35... The planner in me didn't like the unknown but it was very fun. The staff here is always incredibly helpful. Be prepared for long lines at intermission if you need to use the restroom but the lower level one is very big and moves quickly. It is worth going down a few stairs. I noticed this time they added a mobile bar service which will probably make getting your drink at intermission much quicker (I didn't use the service though so I can't comment on that). Tell your teenagers they will enjoy it more than they expect. Mine have always enjoyed the shows even if they complain beforehand.

Great Theatre. We had seats in row D left mezzanine with great visibility. The venue itself is beautiful.

A stunning, fabulous theater with a wonderful atmosphere. Any performance in this theater will take you into the thick of events and immerse you in the very depths of what is happening on stage. Excellent performance theater with great sound and good sightlines. The theater's interior is very visually appealing as well. Seat proximity to the stage is very good throughout as it's only 135' from the back row of the balcony (but up high) to the stage. I sat in Orchestra (floor) Left Row L for "Six' (17 rows back from the stage) and could actually see the sweat on the actresses faces during high energy numbers.

What an amazing theater and experience we just had at the Belk Theater! We saw tonight's opening of The Wiz and omg, it was AMAZING. Everyone was welcoming and courteous, especially when they had to deal with large crowds of people. Showing us to our seats, everyone was smiling, and it made our Wednesday night out more enjoyable. Please go check out this play! The graphics, stage setting, acting, and SINGING have me wanting to go see it again! Loved the performance and the theater!

We were with the whole family at a Harry Potter concert. It was an incredible experience for us! My kids were happy and we were too! The orchestra did the best. Highly recommended for HP fans and all who love amazing instrumental music!

Just saw RENT. It was a great show. Volume of music overshadowed the performers, could have been better balanced. The staff was all super friendly and very helpful. It was very warm when the show started, but the air came on and cooled it off nicely.

I always love coming to see shows here, but this one stands out. I have anxiety and was coming alone for the first time. I left to sit in the hallway about halfway through because I started having a panic attack.The most wonderful employee, Jenn, came straight over to see if I was okay, helped me breathe, got me some water, and led me to an area downstairs I could watch without feeling claustrophobic. Jenn truly went above and beyond to not only make sure I was okay, but that I still got to enjoy the show. Thank you, Jenn! ♥️

Excellent theater for all ages. There were no delays or lines despite having a sold out show. It took me about a minute from the entry to get to get to my seat on the orchestra level. The theater is elegant, spacious, and comfortable. I highly recommend enjoying a show, concert, or movie with Charlotte’s Symphony Orchestra

Came here several times to see the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra play movie concerts. Great music and the venue is clean with comfortable seats and helpful, friendly staff. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Beer, wine, and soft drinks and several other snacks are sold before shows and during intermission.

Saw Ain't Too Proud and thought it was a once in a lifetime experience! However I just have to recognize the staff of the theater for an incredible BATHROOM EXPERIENCE!! 500+ Ladies got in and out during intermission through what I will never forget as the most efficient and efficient process I've ever experienced in largely crowded facilities to date. Well done on whoever thought of that!

It is one of the best theaters in the country ..with great sound and great seats .. Really not a bad seating in the place .you can park at the Bank of America parking and a short walk to the theater. Next, security is everywhere. You feel very safe walking to and back to your car ..They have some of the best plays from Broadway and do an outstanding job . We try to go a couple of times a year enjoying ourselves everytime.

Small theater. No bad seats. In town for a conference. Saw Back to the Future. The performance was better than expected. It was a great experience.

I recently saw the Moulin Rouge Broadway show at the Belk, and the production quality was phenomenal. Great performance of actors and amazing costumes, the entire product was magnificent!The theater itself was very comfortable and the workers were friendly and helpful.Getting from the parking does take probably 5-10 minutes walking through the building, but it's all indoors. The security was fast and after the show it was easy to exit through many doors.

Beautifully laid out theater with many spots to take photos. We came to see Sarah Brightman and have never been to Charlotte prior. We were very impressed by the grandiosity of the venue. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Outstanding, modern, and comfortable venue. The sound is really good, the seats are comfortable, the staff is very helpful, the restrooms are clean, tons of parking lots are nearby, located on a perfect spot downtown Charlotte.

Got Tix to see The Wiz and I was not disappointed. Packed/ Sold out house. It was everything. Great service at concessions and within the theater. One lady was a bit rude- her name I didn't get but she could have spoke kinder to those in my party and I when we asked for programs. Other than that, I can't wait to attend the next play/musical.

The Belk Theater is fantastic. We have had season tickets for 5 years now. Surprisingly I will say that the main floor seats are our least favorite. There is no height difference between rows so if someone tall sits in front of you, you are screwed. They do a great job with concessions and you can get a great photo before the show. The off Broadway musicals are fantastic. Great restaurants nearby it's a great datenight

Great show and theater. My wife and I saw the nutcracker. This theater has Classic style theater seating with 3 balconies and orchestra seating. There is not bad seat in place. Check-in was easy and simple. I really enjoyed the reminder and guides the concert texted out before the show. Also they had several places for taking pictures.

Beautiful venue. For theater/visual production, I would recommend springing for whatever you consider the "good" seats. Visibility gets difficult if you get into the nosebleeds, or maybe I just need new glasses.Their ushers and staff are knowledgeable and kind. They have a good selection of alcoholic beverages and some snack options, not outrageously expensive.Park at the Bank of America parking garage and take the enclosed walkway over to the theater (on level 6).

Two firsts for me on this evening. My first ever play, and my first time at Blumenthal. I have to say, the theatre itself was absolutely beautiful and way more than I expected. The staff and facilities were all top notch. The seating was comfortable, but I'm a bigger guy, I could've used a little more width. That's definitely not a deal breaker. As this was my first ever time watching a play all the way through and my first time at Blumenthal, I can definitely say I'll be happy to host my better half on many more nights on the town with some theatre and dinner. As a man, I'm risking having my man card pulled for saying this, but, I don't care. Fantastic show, fantastic place, fantastic staff. What else can I say?

Broadway show Moulin Rouge was the best. Theater was great. Big like to the show.

Such a beautiful theater with a variety of performances year round. We love going to the symphony and The Nutcracker last December was excellent!

As far as NFL stadiums go, I would put BOA in the middle of the pack as far as how nice it is. We have been here for a few events the last couple of years and always have a good time. There are lots of food options in the concourse to choose from as well as plenty of drink options. Our last visit we were up in the suite section, which is really nice. Everything up there is air conditioned and we had everything catered for food and drinks, which made everything pretty easy and quick. I would always recommend getting a Bojangles box, it is worth the money more than anything in the stadium.

Haven't had a bad experience here. I think I've been twice and both times were great. Entry is simple and quick, in my experience. Plenty of resources, the bathrooms are clean and sufficient, and the seating is good. Definitely recommend for whatever events people may be looking to attend.

A clean and stunning stadium in downtown Charlotte. The city skyline made for a beautiful backdrop; especially when all the lights started coming on. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a few unruly fans in our section and security did a great job diffusing the situation and kept everyone around from being interrupted from watching the game. The food selection was beyond amazing. The souvenir cup for free refills is definitely worth it. A great stadium to enjoy a game!

first time being at this Bank of America Stadium, wonderful performance and great lounges and bathrooms very clean well kept up very nice. Would recommend anybody to show go to these events here. The staff did amazing job with the overwhelming amount of people. It’s kind of hilarious some of the staff I guess it depends on the singers, but they have no idea who some of these country folks are. we’re bunch of hillbillies from Virginia so we enjoyed every bit of George Strait little big town and Chris Stapleton.

We had a great time visiting the Bank of America Stadium as we saw Charlotte FC’s first inaugural home game! It was well worth the visit as we enjoyed the experience and how friendly everyone was! I’ll definitely come back to check out another game here in the future!

What a great experience, very easy to navigate, each employee was friendly, very clean & so well set up. I mostly appreciated the escalators lol! The Stadium is HUGE & great for many types of venues. It's very easy to get to from the interstate & parking was expensive but not bad for the walk. I didn't see much security in the Stadium as I did outside, I may have just missed them, but I never felt unsafe.

I came here for the Panthers Bucs Game. It was with some family friends and it was my first ever NFL game. The atmosphere here is amazing and they have a really nice stadium and everything. They lost 10-3 but it was alright. I was in one of the sections near the scoreboard but still they were great seats and saw a lot. Wasn’t terrible coming in or leaving and it was a fun game and fun experience. I’m a NY Giants fan but I’d certainly go to another panthers game knowing I’m from Durham and it’s not terribly far

My son and I were in attendance for the Charlotte FC inaugural home match. The stadium is a very nice venue, especially considering it's age. Entry into the stadium was extremely quick. Traffic was very slow near the stadium. We parked in a garage across from the stadium. We won't make that mistake again, but will plan a little better and just walk a few blocks to the stadium.Overall it was a great time.

Did the 5k for the Levine cancer center this morning. The best Saturday I've spent in a while. We were fortunate to have 3 generations walking for family. Must say that I'm not fond of the field being a soccer field though. Very nicely done, clean, and will be back soon for my panther's games. Loved the experience, and was well planned.👍💙🖤

Dream come true. I thought I would never get to see panther football game in my life. After I wining the football tickets form Amazon. I finally get to see the game. My first time ever going to watch the Panthers game at the stadium. It was humongous! I had a good time with friends . But hey, what do you expect, it’s costly going to a football game. I would definitely go again though. There was face painting there too and I got myself one. I say, go give yourself this experience just once to see if you like it.

Absolutely the best NFL facility with the cleanest, most well kept, and amazing amminities and staff. Their business, security, and operations teams are exemplary and second to none. Amazing to get to work with these folks, a true pleasure.

Bank of America Panthers Stadium has been newly renovated to include better tech, seating as well as a locker room for the men's soccer team. We attended the epic Beyoncé Renaissance World Tour concert at the stadium and the new design is impeccable. The entire staff was extremely attentive and approachable. A beautiful venue.

It was my first NFL game and my 58th birthday!! Except for the loss and the cost of some items, I was very happy with my experience. Tickets were cheap because it was a preseason game. Parking cost near the stadium was astronomical, so I opted for free parking and the low-cost LYNX rail ride into downtown Charlotte. It was easy, safe, and convenient. Stadium concessions were very pricey, but I was impressed with the fact they offered alcoholic drinks other than just beer: You could get co*cktails, wine, and hard seltzer too!

Beautiful arena, accessible, easy to find your way around and lots of friendly staff available and willing to help when needed. Food and drink prices were high but expected for this type of venue. Looking forward to more events here.

Always a party coming out here to watch a soccer game, I have been here countless times to watch the Charlotte FC play and even if they are losing or wining a game the fans are alway behind the team. From tailgating to the actual start of the game, it's just electric filled.Blue is our color, Charlotte is our city, football is our game, right here in the Queen city where we lift the golden Crown 👑 higher than anything else.

We had an excellent first time experience here at the Bank of America stadium in Charlotte. We sat in the silver club seats (section 313), which gives you access to a comfy indoor area with nice restrooms and plenty of bar & food options. The seats were comfortable folded-chair-back seats. There are two large score board screens at each end zone, and the game info (down, yards, play clock, etc) can also be seen directly across the field on a smaller screen. The staff was very prepared and made sure things went very smoothly, such as security check and scanning your phones for tickets. If you want to be sheltered from weather and sun, choose the higher rows in this section (19-21).

First time here 12/24- Packers vs Panthers. We got to the stadium early. Nice Stadium and Great Atmosphere! Staff was very friendly and helpful! We were in Section 542 with many other Packers fans. The seats were comfortable! Plenty of options for beverages and food. Really enjoyed the Packers vs Panthers game! 💚💛💚💛

First time there for soccer game. Seats are comfortable. Food and drink over priced as is the case with every athletic stadium in the US. Staff was helpful and friendly. The traffic is horrific from the stadium parking lot so don't be in a hurry to get home. I'd be concerned about a medical emergency. Lot 5 is better parking area but be prepared to walk uphill to the stadium for those with mobility issues. There could be better parking places if you are familiar with the area. I'd return for a future event.

Atmosphere is electric here and the fan base for Charlotte fc is phenomenal. I’m coming from RSL culture in Utah and their fan base is a joke compared to here.Bank of America stadium was well kept and looks stunning. Workers didn’t seem to know a clue about any sections but it was the home opener

Back of America Stadium is a great place to watch football! This stadium gets a bad rap as talks of a new stadium are continually being mentioned. Let's be honest, BofA has some old bones. Some of the railings are bent. There are parts that are rusted. Some of the chairs are squeaky. It has character for its age. The best thing about BofA stadium is that there isn't a bad view in the stadium. You may be winded going up those flights of stairs, but you can still see everything just fine. A bonus is if you sit on the 550s side, you'll get a great view of the skyline. The concessions are solid. Bojangles, Krispy Kreme, & Domino's are our usual choices. The beer prices are as expected ($11-12 each). Whatever may happen to this stadium, I don't know, but for now, I'll continue to enjoy football games here & I hope to someday catch a concert here as well.

Went to a game here vs the Cowboys and it was 90% Cowboys fans but, the stadium was very clean and nice, and also the stadium staff was very friendly. If you are looking to see you favorite team at a visitor stadium this is a friendly environment and the people of Charlotte are great.

Super dope that they let us run through the stadium and get on the field (!!) for the Mad Miles fun run. I had such a good time!Really nice upgrades to the stadium as well. Now if we can only get the Panthers to win...

Went there to see the Dallas Cowboys vs panthers. Was a very awsome experience :). Was our first NFL game. Are seats were really good. Section 112 row 1A seats 3 & 4 about the 50 yard line. Will post better seat pictures when I download them from my camera :)

First time attending a game here and the experience was very good. My daughter and I came to town to watch our Dallas Cowboys play the Panthers and I gotta hand it to the Panthers organization, this was a very smooth and well organized event. I would recommend arriving when the gates open and just walk around and familiarise yourself with where things are located (it’s really pretty self explanatory and well marked). The staff members are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of security. It really was a very enjoyable experience especially since the Cowboys won

We have a great family time. They had fireworks after the game it was so beautiful. My kids love it.

The art here is very profound and original. They have something for every audience and I happened to arrive on a free Saturday which was super cool. I would definitely recommend this museum 👌 it takes about an hour to two to explore fully depending on your pace.

Mint Museum has a remarkable range of fine art & and craft on view. They consistently bring attention to not just classic artwork & decorative arts but to works made by people who are not always celebrated. The juxtaposition of artwork from different periods, made by a range of people, keeps things fresh & more easy to digest. I especially love the attention to craft!

Such a gorgeous museum and an enthralling experience. The exhibit on John Leslie Breck was breathtaking and I highly enjoyed learning about him. There was much to see and it really keeps you happy. Also, admission is free Wednesday nights 5-9pm.

This place is packed with incredible art from some of the world's most famous portraitists, painters, and sculptors. Plus, there are tons of cultural relics from around the world, representing different peoples and religions. You won't regret checking out all the galleries and soaking up the fantastic atmosphere. It's truly a wonderful experience!

The only art museum that has a quaint family room where plenty of art supplies are available to let our imagination go wild. They have cool stencils on salmon and how the artist applies it for her work. Kids and adults discovered how different materials are used in art, and they got inspired. 5 stars

This was a nice art museum with a large variety of different styles and mediums. It's located right downtown and is only $15 to get in. You get your money's worth as you can easily spend 1-2 hours here checking out all the different exhibits. Gift shop leaves a bit to be desired, but everything else is great.

Museums have become one of my favorite places to go and I loved my visit to the mint museum! There is a large range of beautiful modern art. My favorite floor was the urban floor. The pieces there have so much culture, color, and inspiration. The interactive room on the first floor was awesome! It was so fun to take time to draw or build things and create your own art after seeing so many unique forms of art in the museum. Definitely take a visit to the mint museum, you will be impressed and inspired!

Very cool museum with a lot of different variety! I enjoyed their free entry on Wednesday evening, where there was also an improv show by Shameless Society. A very funny and art filled evening!! I would also recommend arriving as close to 5 pm as possible, as it was getting pretty crowded and busy by 6/6:30 pm.

Amazing museum that's definitely worth a visit while in Charlotte. We spent about 2 hours here and enjoyed works by well known and lesser known artists. The art of seating exhibit was there while we were in town and gained a new appreciation for chairs. Front desk was helpful and provided great recommendations. The museum gift shop also had some fun and funky gifts to shop.

Pleasant visit to the museum on a hot, humid day. The exhibit boasts a massive collection. At first, I didn't understand why the purchased ticket included a two-day pass. I definitely needed it.

It's on the smaller side for an art museum. We visited Charlotte from out of state. I’ve been to several modern art museums before but this one is by far my favorite. I thought the admission price was very reasonable and everything at the museum was nice and well maintained.The special exhibit was movie and film awards. I really enjoyed it! The rest of the museum was divided by art mediums. I could’ve spent hours here (we spent about 2 hours). I also loved that we were able to exit and return later that day. We ended up getting a bite to eat and coming back. There is a restaurant attached the museum where they offer brunch and live jazz music. Their gift shop was also really nice. If we had more days on our trip I would’ve considered going to the Randolph location. Parking is included as well underneath the museum. This is a must visit even if you don’t love art!

I really liked it. On Wednesdays they have free admission from 5pm to 9pm! I was late and I couldn’t enjoy it much but I would definitely come back to have more experience!

The Upton Mint Museum is a fantastic Art Museum in a beautiful city.The museum features glass art, ceramic art, wood art, fashion art, modern art, furniture art, classic oil paintings, watercolors, impressionist paintings and more. The collections are creatively put together and hold your attention throughout the visit.I especially enjoyed the wood collection, glass collection, and the sculptures. I am not much of an admirer of modern art but, I still enjoyed the color and texture of their collection. The open atrium area contains a four-story painted glass window which beautifully fills the room with vibrant colors. It is a pleasure just to sit and enjoy the room.If you love art, come early and plan to spend the day.

Very cool, unique art museum! I'm usually not the biggest fan of art museums, but I thoroughly enjoyed looking at most pieces here. The chair exhibit was so interesting & different!! My friend & I had so much fun taking the quiz & drawing our chairs. It really helped immerse us into the art. It was very calm & quiet throughout on a weekday afternoon. I really enjoyed how many POC & women artists they featured. I almost wished there was w even more since they tended to have the pieces that spoke to me the most! Definitely recommend visiting here with the wide variety of pieces!

beautiful museum in a modern building. it's definitely worth a trip. I particularly liked the permanent exhibition showcasing the different materials used in art: wood, glass etc. you get a lot of interesting information alongside the beautiful works of art.

An art museum that typically has more contemporary-style art yet in the best possible way. There's also some exhibits that are really interesting. When I went there, I was in an exhibit that showcased awards from all these different organizations (Oscars, YouTube, Chick-fil-A, et cetera). This was one of the first museums that actually gave me and interest in...well...art museums. Probably one of my favorite museums when it comes from a purely artistic/painting standpoint. Definitely would recommend!

The temporary art exhibit was spectacular. The Mayberry depiction was the most poignant and thought provoking.

We had our wedding at the mint museum uptown and were lucky to have worked with Sofia. She made the whole process so enjoyable. She was easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding and was so attentive on the wedding day ensuring everything went beautiful. The space was beautiful and the entire process was made so easy. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful wedding in the uptown area!

Big museum with lots of amazing art. I enjoyed the contemporary art and sculptures. The chair exhibition was interesting to see and admire the handiwork. Nice to see a Dale Chihuly sculpture hanging near the entrance, too. Staff was friendly and admission was reasonably priced.It was not crowded on the Friday we went so we were able to take our time and enjoy the museum.

This is a beautiful building and great experience. There is a very nice store on the first floor with great gifts and offerings from all over. The exhibits change regularly with a wide variety of. The museum itself is located centrally to many other interesting places to visit

It has enough parking lot, it has luxurious stores like Rolex and Louis Vuitton, tiny food court but delicious food, I think it has a variety of stores including the ones I like. They had a McLaren and also a Maserati.

Luxury Shopping✅ burning calories from walking ✅ Social media worthy ✅I guess all I’m trying to say is that it’s very pretty with a lot of stores. Expect to walk a lot because it’s very huge and the stores are spread out but I’m sure you can find what you want with the digital map they have there. I surely haven’t explore every inch of this Mall yet but I do plan on going there and uploading more pictures later.

Thats the perfect place to shopping so many brands. With restaurants and food courts 👍the biggest shopping center in the Charlotte area with many parking spaces and nice atmosphere 👌

My husband has fond memories of South Park Mall as he frequented the mall growing up. I liked that the mall is clean and the architecture allowed natural light into the mall from the roof. The food court is a little small, but overall a pleasant place for fine shopping.

Probably the nicest and cleanest mall in Charlotte but it is more upscale and expensive. There is a small playground outside at the entrance next to the Container Store. The playground was fun for my 3.5 year old, it has slides, some climbing opportunities, and astroturf instead of real grass = no mud or mess. There is seating for families in the form of a long concrete bench that runs around the perimeter. Nice perk of stopping at this mall with kids.

Charlotte Marriott SouthPark hotel has a very nice atmosphere. My family went here for a family reunion on my hubby’s side.It has a well-equipped gym for you to perform a full body workout. There’s wonderful seating outside, where you can just chill in the evening. There’s also a bar inside the lounge area, just off of the patio area. The pool area is well maintained and inviting, with a few umbrellas for sun protection. The pool is salt water and doesn’t leave you feeling super dry and smelling like chlorine.The cleaning staff worked around the clock to keep the establishment extremely clean. The staff was very attentive at all times of the day/night.The atmosphere is more suited for the grown, sexy, and chilled.

Beautiful upscale mall with lots of parking including valet parking and electric car chargers are also available. Very clean. Beautiful decor. Saturday, there were musicians in the center playing lovely musicand the acoustics was wonderful. My granddaughter is a musician and she loved this. It was very crowded. Not complaining,I think it's great to see people out enjoying life again after 2020.

South Park has always been my favorite mall. It is always immaculate, beautifully decorated and offers a peaceful shopping experience. Unfortunately, it seems that the pandemic has had an effect on the supply of goods. The urge to buy just wasn't there this time as many of the goods found were things I could find elsewhere.

Great Mall! 1st time visitor. I had a lot of fun shopping! Plenty of opened stores and kiosks! Beside shopping, the food court had really good options. I bought some Cutco connect with Matt. Clean for it to be holiday season. Can’t wait to go back

I recently visited SouthPark Mall in Charlotte and had an overall positive experience, deserving a solid four-star rating. South Park Mall is a great place to shop. With prestigious stores such as Macy's, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom's, this mall is an ideal family outing. Set in South Charlotte, this mall has an abundance of shops inside and around the mall for you to enjoy with your family. Southpark Mall also has an amazing food court full of multiple prestigious restaurants known for their great taste and selections! Have a great time at SouthPark Mall Charlotte North Carolina.

This is a great mall with some of the best merchants in this area. The layout is not the best and it can get confusing if you’ve never been here before. But all in all a good place to visit.

I have noticed that the air conditioning has not been turned on for days, despite the rising temperatures outside. This has made working conditions unbearable and uncomfortable for both employees and customers alike.The lack of air conditioning is not only impacting our ability to work efficiently and comfortably, but it is also affecting the overall experience for customers visiting the mall. Numerous customers have complained about the stuffy and hot environment, leading to a decrease in foot traffic and ultimately, sales for the mall.It is unacceptable that mall management has not taken proper measures to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of those working and visiting the mall. We are all suffering due to the extreme heat, and it is impacting the reputation and success of the mall.I urge mall management to address this issue immediately and prioritize the health and safety of both employees and customers. It is our right to work in a safe and comfortable environment, and it is crucial for the success of the mall to ensure that the air conditioning is turned on promptly

First mall that I have been to that half the stores are not closed or going out of business. The mall was packed with shoppers in the middle of the day during the week. Something not seen in many cities. Everyone was super friendly in every store we visited. The food court was also very clean.

South Park is a rare gem in a country of dying malls. Almost all the storefronts are full. The architecture is beautiful, light and airy. There are plenty of luxury stores at this location and so whether you’re window-shopping or really shopping you’re going to have a good time.

Loved it, the mall was more than I was expecting. The food court was a bit small for the size of the mall but had a good amount of places to eat. The mall itself was an adventure to go around. Will come back to finish my shopping experience. Alot of high end stores you won't easily find around. There is plenty of parking space available around the mall.

I visited Billy Graham Library this past week. It was such an amazing experience. The volunteers were friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of parking and no waiting in line although there were plenty of people around visiting.As I approached the house where the Grahams once lived, I could hear worship music emanating from the garden and throughout the grounds...such a serene atmosphere. There was a prayer bench/garden that I sat at and prayed (see photo).I was told that the house is 60% of the original house construction the Grahams lived in when he was a young boy from 7-17 years old. Every brick, according to the tour guide, was disassembled, numbered one by one, moved from one location of NC and reassembled/built to sit on this property at the Billy Graham Library. Amazing…The barn with the cross is the actual Library and where the cafe is located. Again, everyone was welcoming and inviting. The food at the cafe is good and reasonably priced. .

I loved the history here! From his childhood home to all the amazing accomplishments from his life. One of my all time favorite museums. Everyone here was so friendly and inviting. The gift shop was really nice. Enjoyed every moment here! Can wait to go back soon.

Our first visit to this holy place was truly a blessing. The staff were kind, gracious, and welcoming, embodying the love of Christ in their actions. It was an inspiration to learn about the life and work of Billy Graham, and how he devoted himself to spreading the word of God. His unwavering faith and commitment to serving the Lord is a shining example for us all. We left feeling uplifted and renewed in our own faith. Praise be to God for this wonderful experience.

May 29/24 My friend and I spent an entire day at the Billy Graham Library on our road trip back to Canada from Orlando WE found it so interesting, thoughtful , and inspirational.We entered the family home then moved to the huge complex where we were welcomed by Bessy the cow.We were guided through the different rooms by lovely volunteers There were many displays and videos sharing the many aspects of Billy Graham's life and ministry.He was a family man, evangelist and a deeply spiritual man of God, a herald. Everything was laid out so thoughtfully and the wooden structure itself was so beautiful .We had a delicious lunch at the cafeteria and then walked the grounds It was so peaceful and simple. We definitely were given time to reflect in this wooded quiet space on the grounds. As we were leaving I saw a deer on the grounds!!I highly recommend this amazing library.

This is a wonderful place to visit! I was pleasantly surprised at the level of technology used to make this a very interesting stop. The focus of the library is not on the person of Billy Graham, but on how God used him. His evangelical efforts continue in this museum. It was amazing to see the people and places that Billy and Ruth Graham impacted for Christ. Truly an amazing life and a great memorial to his dedication to Jesus Christ!

The Billy Graham Library and Journey of Faith is a must see. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Since we came on November 30, we were also able to view the live nativity which was very nice.

What a cool experience! The production quality of the “journey of faith” was top notch. Felt like something out of Disney World. Very encouraging experience and fun for the family. The little restaurant is great too. Don’t sleep on the coffee, it was better than Starbucks.

The Billy Graham Library is a beautiful, peaceful place to be able to hear the gospel preached. The staff here is very caring and give such a warm welcome to everyone. My family was asked by several staff members if there was anything they could pray over for us. Love coming here and do so about every year.

Great place to spend an afternoon or an entire day. The campus is immaculate and very interesting to walk around. I have yet to do the hour and half guided tour, but I plan on it sometime in the near future. They have a handful of attractions you can checkout on your own (unguided).It was nice to browse the curated bookstore, I picked up two different text I normally would have not bought/read. The prices were pretty fair, I checked the prices on Amazon and the bookstore was roughly on par with what you would expect to find online. Upon my arrival I was given a 10% off coupon to the bookstore, which definitely enticed me to pull the trigger on my purchases.Lots of cool antiques from Billy's life. The dairy/snack bar looked really good too, I do not drink dairy and there were no dairy alternatives (unfortunately), but they had other food too.The entire staff was super welcoming and not pushy at all, they really give you space and time to soak it all in, which I appreciate it.I definitely will be back in the near future!***NOTE TO STAFF: You should look into offering non-dairy drinks at the dairy bar, maybe something coconut based? Nothing too crazy just 2-3 items that are non-dairy for folks like myself, I think it would be well received by your guest.

A very pleasant surprise stop on our trip. The staff is really friendly and eager to connect and help. The whole exhibition on Billy Graham's life is really well done and worth every second! Would definitely recommend. Not only is informational and entertaining, but it also really straightens one's faith.

First time to this museum — it is a very well curated museum. It specializes in detailing the life and ministry of evangelist Billy Graham. The presentation and flow of the museum was very well done. Lots of information, lots of artifacts. If one is a fan of Graham or just curious as to who he was, it should be satisfying. Admission was free though they will accept donations. The museum part takes about 1.5 hours to do. Went on a Monday, it was not busy.

Beautiful experience with the family. Inspired to live my life more fulfilling and following the Lord’s will! My kids also enjoyed it and my eldest cried. The snippets of Billy Graham’s sermons were so powerful and moving. We highly recommend going out of your way to visit this anointed place!!

Entry is free and they even give you a gift bag for filling out a survey because they truly want to make the museum a blessing to people. There is a tour that takes you through the life of Billy Graham and family. The first half or so is guided with the last half being self directed. There's a bathroom at the entry and half way through the museum. You learn so much about him the impact he made. In the same building is an adorable gift shop and cafe.You'll also find a prayer garden where Billy and Ruth are buried along with his childhood home that was disassembled and rebuilt there. You can tour both at a self directed pace.Most of the workers are volunteers and know a ton about the Graham family and are even ready to pray with you.What an amazing way for Billy and Ruth Graham to reach people after their earthly life! A must go when in Charlotte.

Hands down one of the highlights of my North Carolina trip!! And I happen to stumble upon it with my wife. I have heard of Billy Graham, but was not aware of the impact he had on this corporeal world. We left having been prayed for, and feeling lucky to have learned what he did for the world. One of the most beautiful and serene experiences I've had. It is a beautiful library/museum, that offers free admission, a bookstore, cafe, and history about Billy Graham and his ministry. And wonderful staff and volunteers who will even pray with you at the end. I'm grateful to have been able to visit the Library, which it's main goal is to magnify and glorify Jesus Christ.

The Holy Spirit of Truth was felt the moment my wife and I stepped out of the vehicle. It has such a peaceful atmosphere. Great intimate details and displays of his life, family and team through his Evangelical journey. Set aside about 3 hours and become immersed in his history and more important God's word.It will be on our visit list every time we come to Charlotte North Carolina. Peace and blessings!

The Billy Graham Library is peaceful, full of history and Christian heritage. The Journey of Faith is so enlightening and Billy and Ruth Graham are examples of humility, love and serving others. I spent a lot of time in the gift shop. The Dairy Barn has the best scones! Each volunteer is friendly and gracious.

Offers a self tour of the home of Billy Graham. The home and library have plenty of memorabilia from Mr & Mrs Graham’s life and ministry. Plenty of friendly staff throughout to help and answer any questions. Large bookstore and a place to eat inside. Walking trails with benches and the final resting place of the Grahams on site. Very nice place to visit.

We toured the museum & library on March 14, 2024. Absolutely amazing !!!Very moving and heart warming. he was such a wonderful evangelist. Unfortunately, I never appreciated him growing up as I did when I got older. I had tears when I walked through the exhibits. You can visit his boyhood home which has been moved to that site. He and his wifeare buried next to the museum. It is truly a fantastic place to visit. Absolutely a must. Staffed by volunteers The restaurant served delicious food very reasonably priced.

This place is so special! You really feel God’s heart through everything here. We love the tour and enjoy sharing with our friends and loved ones. Have been many times. The Library also hosts events like the women’s tea which is lovely! The Christmas event at the Library is one you don’t want to miss! The food is good! The gift shop is great!

Weeknight visit in Dec. Had prebooked tickets (general admission/parking free).Beautiful place that is well-maintained and well-staffed with volunteers and paid help. Shuttles came quickly as it was not busy. Live nativity with bonus kangaroo. Waking paths were well-lit. Workers said there were carolers on-site for 30 minutes but we never saw them or heard ANY music on the grounds throughout our trip (outside of the Journey of Faith tour which showcased Billy Graham's life of evangelism). This tour was free and lasted about 90 min. They have kids' activity sheets to keep them engaged in the tour (two versions: younger and older). 8 year old did the pictire-based scavenger-hunt one and 12 year old did the older version which held their attention and resulted in a small gift for each of them in the gift shop.Carriage rides were additional, $12 adult/$6 child. We didn't participate in the sit-down dinner as it was sold out when I booked tickets at Thanksgiving time. (If you're on the mailing list list, they send an email when the dinner bookings start in early Nov.)

God bless you when you go to this blessing site.There are two structures of this site. One is library itself, alone with a bookstore and a shop. They have some decent souvenirs.The other one is the Graham family homeplace. There are volunteers as tour guides that tell you the family history and the building history.I especially paid a visit to the cemetery. That's the main reason I came to this site.I bumped into one volunteer. After he heard my road trip story, he put hand on my head and he prayed for me.It really touched my heart. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❣️❣️❣️❣️

Such a fun experience for all our kids! Lots to do for all age groups! Teen section was really great for my soon to be 13 yr old.

This is a gem in the city. You can make a day of it. Take the train with your child, come here to this fabulous free library and go around the corner for lunch. Our toddler loved it here. It’s nice, clean, free and fun. What an amazing place for children.

What a wonderful library and places for kids. I was visiting a friend in town, and as she has a newborn and knows how much I love the library, she said we needed to go. It did not disappoint. We went to a storytime and looked around; I recommend that you take kids of all ages here! They even had a YA section upstairs.

You can find plenty of things for your kids to do here. It’s not a typical library, it gets loud in here but it’s a really good place for your kids to have fun. Your first glimpse of entertainment comes on the sidewalk entrance.

Second visit to this library. It is so much fun for kids. Tons of toys and activities. The storytime was wonderful as well. Most of the place is great for toddler age.

This is an awesome place! The kids were thrilled running around to check out all the activities and exhibits. Wish we lived closer to be able to take advantage of being able to check out books.Side note: there are two pokemon gyms reachable from inside and the park across the road is full of pokestops

One of the most beautifully designed libraries we have ever been to. A lot of interactive set up for kids. Now they are having an famous art inspired hall exhibit set up on the ground floor, which is so fun for our toddler. They also have regular story times. All the designs here are super kids friendly and oriented.

Lots of books for kids and teenagers, fun small play area kind outside.This entrance is free unless you want to get some books etc.Lot of science activities for kids like magnets, books along with other play stuff.Definitely recommend going here, if you wanted to go during busy time I would recommend going by train as the station was literally next door.

A fun, creative spot. We saw all kinds of ads to go see the library and it was even better in person; however, I wish they had mentioned that you are not encouraged to go unless you have children. Completely understandable for space and safety reasons, but we felt extremely awkward about being there after being asked why we were there and because we didn't have little ones with us we needed to keep it short.

I brought my toddler to one of the weekly Story Time events and we absolutely loved it! Story Time consisted of 2 books that were read along with puppets, followed by music, bubbles, and free-play with bins overflowing with Montessori toys. Overall I just love how fun and interactive the library is. It was the perfect place to help give my baby a new and safe way to explore and meet other kids. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family absolutely loves this library. There is something for kids of all ages, birth to 17. They have a variety of programs, story time, book clubs, etc. The architecture is inviting and beautiful. Almost everything is interactive and educational. It's also an excellent location in the heart of uptown with ample green space, restaurants, museums, and train stop nearby.

If you come expecting to see the shops and have any sort of experience where you feel like you as a fan are appreciated you should consider not coming, we traveled to Charlotte from New York for spring break and were planning on visiting race shops like we have heard about from other fans. We chose Hendrick Motorsports first because they are the pinnacle. Well both buildings are locked, can’t see the shops, no viewing areas, the only thing that’s open is a gift shop with cars in it on display and the rest of the complex is like a business park, Nothing spectacular, nothing for the fans who pay all the bills for these guys. Such a disappointment for fans who think there is something there for them.

My favorite race museum cause Hendricks has a great race team. Museum is free. And you can visit 24 and 5 race building for free. Saw pit road practice the guys were really nice. Nice large museum and gift shop. Was very excited to see them back open after covid19. Employees were nice and helpful at the gift shop. Explained area you can see and what area you can't.

This is headquarters of Hendrick motorsport. Huge facility. So visitors are recommended to hear FM radio for visitor guide. There are race shops, museum, gift shop, crew team practice facility, and physical training facility!!!You can also have an opportunity to see pit stop training! So check the time of practice!

I couldn’t be more happy with my choice to work with Jason Wiggs. He is so knowledgeable, and personable and took care of every need that I expressed. He pushed for everything I wanted and I ended up getting exactly that! Best experience ever!!

Wow. This area with all the different buildings is amazing. The museum is so cool. Lots of cars on display. Trophies and uniforms. They have Jeff Gordon cars and things in display but nothing for sale..no shirts, hats, anything. That was a huge disappointment for me. Overall an amazing experience I am so lucky to have.

If you are in Charlotte area and can carve out 2 to 4 hours this is well worth your time. Really nice people and a great peak behind the curtain of NASCAR racing. LOVED IT!

The museum and team store was everything I hoped it would be. I even got to witness a live pit stop and I was also able to see the inside lobby of the building for the #24 and #48 teams. Definitely a must see.

Make sure you check in call but places close for renovations couldn't get and I'm sure it has something to do covid 19, I love nascar love Rick Kendrick had been there from Arizona, But the place was closed and was not able to visit so I can't tell you much about you about it. But if I ever make it back I will go again

The Wells Fargo museum is a gem right down town in Charlotte. The Wells Fargo company history is a fascinating one that connects the western states, specifically California with money and messenger services with Wells Fargo stage coaches. The exhibit is really well done and interactive. You can even send live telegraphs to Wells Fargo across the country, its a lot harder than it looks! You can do this museum in 1 - 2 hours if you spend a little bit of time exploring each exhibit.

Nice small interactive museum. The exposition is devoted to the history of banking in the US. You can travel in the stage and use the real pneumatic tube to send some papers and even print your own money with your face on it!

Really neat and it's free! Great place to spend a couple hours, especially if you like museums. Learn a little history, get you face printed on money, and see an original stagecoach!Treat yourself to a date or take someone else!

I give them an A+ for what they've done and have open now as well as what I expect will be the case in the future, but a B for what is there right now. The main attraction is there, and the stories and explanations all around it are very well done. I'd love to see more, such as views from the inside, perhaps a full real time immersive movie or room or something to get a sense of the perspective of the passengers or the pilots, something showing the cold water and the views from the boats. There is a ton more they can do with this. Also they have a kids experiment room that is really well done. They can make paper airplanes or cardboard airplanes, or anything they want. We spent a while in there. They also have a lot of really cool other aircraft, but that's where it needs improvement. They do have explanations of them here and there but it's very hard to find the aircraft they refer to, or when you see some to know what it was and find the description of it. I get the feeling that either they had planned to have more room before it was decided this plane would be here, or that they expect to have more room later and are doing what they can in this small space right now. So a great initial museum, and I expect better in the future.

I visited this place a while back but penning down to write how beautiful experience i had here. Though the place is small but the museum is well maintained and all the displayed aircrafts have a story behind which makes the experience very interesting. I hope they plan to expand this place when they re-open.

It’s a decent place to visit, needs more attractions though. I am aware it may be difficult to do so but will make this place even better. It is cool that there is US Airways flight 1549 on display. I recommend visiting just make sure you wear clothes that fit the temperature as there is no air conditioner in the hangar.

It is much smaller than expected. However, if you have school age children, you will spend HOURS there - many interesting activities throughout the museum. The volunteers there are friendly and knowledgeable.The flight simulator and the workshop at the end was a hit!Tix prices are a bit high. Definitely recommend to purchase tickets online.

This museum inspired me more to want to travel and go to the military. My daughter was soo intrigued with the Boeing American Airline airplane. She wanted to know what happened in detail and who was there, how and why. Something educational in the Charlotte area for the family. We now have matching t-shirts to remind us of this special event. This is definitely a trip into history of aviation.

I love aviation museums but was totally surprised with the Airbus that crashed in the Hudson on display! Great presentation. Plus a good display of military aircraft, mostly Navy and Marine. Although it was a hot day, still not uncomfortable inside even with no air-conditioning. But I am an old Navy guy and heat is never an issue. Well worth the visit.Charlotte is really lucky to have an aviation museum like this in the city. It's a great attraction with reasonable admission fees, free parking and terrific community outreach. The highlight of the museum is the Miracle on the Hudson plane, which was headed to Charlotte the day in landed in the Hudson River in 2009.The museum has been open for more than 25 years but is closing temporarily on July 14 and will be relocated when it opens again in approximately 2022. In the meantime, an office staff will focus on community outreach and education. The Hudson plane will not be on display during this period.The 40,000 square foot hanger that housed the museum is being repurposed for private aviation needs.The museum plans to reopen in a new, larger location in 2022. I'm looking forward to seeing the new space and exhibits. My family has had several great experiences at the museum and with the staff and we especially love participating in the annual community day events.

This is a really nice, small aviation museum. Not only do they have the original U.S. Airways flight 1549 plane but several other military and civil aviation aircraft with brief descriptions of each. With it being located at the end of a runway of Charlotte/Douglas International Airport, you can watch planes takeoff and land after your tour.

Great museum! It's not that big, but we enjoyed seeing all the aircraft, and witnessing with our own eyes the plane that had a miracle landing on the Hudson River was emotional. What an amazing, heroic story that is! We will definitely visit again.

Cool museum. Very easy to manuever and several very interesting planes and helicopters. Obviously, the biggest treat was seeing the "Miracle on the Hudson" jet. Amazing story and artifacts on display. Worth a visit!

Very Cool! Planes that range from the first flights at Kitty Hawk to the US Airways Flight 1549 that landed on the Hudson in 2009. There are hands on exhibits, like sitting in a Cessna, sitting in a jet co*ckpit, in a commercial plane co*ckpit, and even a flight simulation. Definitely worth multiple visits.

Tickets $24 each adult. Had some planes outside as well as in a hanger. Saw the actual American airlines plane that went down on the Hudson River. Enjoyed looking around.

It's pretty small, but the entrance fee is also cheap. For an av geek, this place is probably great, but for a casual observer, it's just meh. The highlight is the US Airways Airbus A320 operating under Cactus 1549 that made the emergency landing in the Hudson River.

We went on Day 2 of grand opening weekend, and I have been waiting YEARS for this reopening! I was NOT disappointed, there are a few things to be improved upon but they are minor and overall the experience was amazing. Here’s my key take aways:Good stuff:-All of the staff is incredibly polite and friendly and happy to help or direct you!-As a non aviation expert I left feeling more educated because the displays were both interesting and educational!-we spent 2hrs here just wandering and absorbing all the videos, content and exhibits, and I feel like we truly didn’t see everything-Location is amazing - getting to sit and watch planes land and take off is such a cool bonus!-So much variety in exhibits including really cool interactive tablets, videos, touch screen maps and infographicsThings that could use improvement:-lighting - the lighting in the main exhibit hall for the most part is great and directs you towards certain things or creates dramatic effects but in some cases it’s so dark you can’t see what’s actually being shown to you, and it almost feels hazardous like the path isn’t clear. I feel like this could be easily fixed with some standalone lights at ground level or within some of the exhibits etc-ticketing/gift shop entry: it’s unclear what you are supposed to do when you enter as there are no signs and no one directing guests. There is a gift shop you have to walk through to enter and one would assume if you pre bought tickets you would just pass through this to the employee allowing entrance but we were directed back to the gift shop sales counter to have our tickets scanned before we could enter which caused some delay because the people in front of us were making purchases. This could have been because we arrived literally minutes after opening and may not be typical - when we left there did appear to be someone actually checking tickets at the door and only guiding people to the sales counter if they needed to BUY tickets.-the large “co*ckpit” sim wasn’t working yet but 3 desktop sims were - slightly disappointing but overall glad they had some interactive options!!Honestly the “needs improvement” items are nitpicking, we will be back without a doubt.

This place was awesome. We visited today with our son and had such a great time. Could have spent a whole cheque in tha gift shop alone.Lots to see and read about, a little creativity project room for children.Outside they have some bleachers with a great view of the runways. This alone is a great reason to go while the overlook park is new and busy.It’s large enough it doesn’t feel crowded too.As a bonus keep an eye on the outdoor planes. There’s some birds nesting in sneaky places that gave us a good laugh. Esp engine bird.Will be getting a membership.

For kids or people who love aircraft this place is great!. Small museum, but the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Good collection of old aircrafts and fighter planes. World’s first aircraft designed by Wright brothers and Flight 1549.

Beautiful new facility with plenty of varied aviation history to see. Having a front row seat to the departures and arrivals is a treat as well. If you are lucky you’ll meet a really nice volunteer named Don who will share some great Pan-Am aviation stories with you. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the new, improved and recently reopened Sullenberger Aviation Museum! Spent two+ hours going through the numerous displays and the 27 various aircrafts exhibited. Do not miss the short video documenting “Miracle on the Hudson” flight 1549 with the actual flight voice recordings. Putting this museum on our “must see” list for visitors.

My tweens, grandma and I went to this museum. It was well liked by all. The interactive exhibits were awesome and the place was clean and nice. There were also lots of employees to help and give information. The only issue (that kept us from giving a 5 star) is that the plumbing wasn't working and there were upscale porta potties.

Loved the selection of German style beers! Also had a variety of guest taps with good offerings. While I didn’t try the food here, the menu looked good and it smelled wonderful. Bier Hause had ample seating, many with shade, which was great on a warm day. Had live music too. I’d happily eat and drink here again.

This review is for the pizza at OMB. It was pretty much a poor man's Brixx pizza in my opinion. Was pretty good, but would not go out of my way for it.Pretzel Tree was interesting, but pretzels were blah and kind of dry. Came with plenty of cheese and mustard dipping sauces, so that was awesome.But let's be honest, if you are going to OMB, you are there for the tasty beers and the best biergarten in Charlotte.

Awesome place to eat. Huge indoor and outdoor dining areas. Clean, simple menu offered the basics like burgers and fries, but also excellent authentic German dishes like pork schnitzel (generous portion by the way), sauerkraut, German style potato salad (with bacon), and a variety of different flavored brats & sausages. Oh, and the pretzel tree with beer cheese & mustard, and the brotchen rolls were also delicious. As well as great and varied beer selection.

The OMB was a great brewery with German atmosphere. We did the Sampler and it was excellent. The beer was awesome, especially the Vienna Lager. Our server Willow was great. Loved the Bier Garden area. Very nice place with lots of room. Definitely would recommend visiting

Love Olde Mecklenburg Brewery in Charlotte NC. Been a few times and never disappointed! The Xmas market is fun and they have a decent selection of beers. I love their big pretzel! We went during their Reuben festival and we had Reuben egg rolls and they were really good! Love their outdoor space too! Will definitely go back!

We had a great time at OMB for their Mecktoberfest! The beer was great, the food was delicious and their service kept everything moving smoothly enough that we never had long to wait for anything! What a great way to spend a day!

Great Atmosphere and outside area, loved everything about this place. The ambiance, the servers, the food. Excellent all around. They even were able to make me a Vegetarian Reuben off the menu. It was delicious. Husband had curry wurst, it was like we were back in Germany.

Loved trying this out. The beer selection was good, but the highlight for me was the food and space. The food was amazing (got the pretzel, warm kale salad, and bread pudding) and delicious. The space was so extensive and would be amazing to visit again during nicer weather to enjoy the outdoor space.The staff was nice enough and made sure we had what we needed. Stopped here passing thru for a 3rd time. Excellent atmosphere with great, but not alot, of beer choices. I had the German Sour which was perfect.The place looks like it could be right in Germany. Beautiful campus with lots of room to gather and socialize. Food was surprisingly great, we had the wings, charcuterie and pretzel with a couple beverages. We had a large group of about 20 and, instead of a restaurant, OMB was the perfect space for us that day.

A stellar brewery with a great beer selection, courteous and helpful staff, and a fantastic facility. The food selection is always good, it's kid- and dog-friendly, and regularly hosts music and/or events. Seasonal brews are delicious icing on the cake.

Great place with great beer! Outdoor seating is so big. They have Milum triple fire pits to keep your warm in the winter. Also they have shops during Christmas great for present shopping. Octoberfest is also a must visit. Their food is also very good! Lots of great times at this place.

What a great place! This was our first time here and the place was busy. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside and had lunch. There was a festival going on so there was a band playing music, good food and plenty of beer. Parking is slightly hard to get but there are other places to park and walk. We will definitely go back with our dog as everyone had their dogs with them. 😊

This is another one of these Charlotte gems. You can’t get an 8 acre beer garden at many places in the United States. Live music, fantastic beer, amazing pretzels, and sausages. It’s really one of a kind. Absolutely love it. Can’t wait to come back!

It's always good beer here. Love the beer garden. We didn't eat here because the lines outside were extremely long. Kid, dog and family friendly. Parking is challenging so I would light rail or ride share to have more fun.

Charlotte's oldest brewery and one of the largest.They have a pub along with a huge beer garden.Fun place to visit with a combination of Southern hospitality and German brewing.It was not too crowded on a Sunday night so there was no problem with seating.Tried their Captain Jack Pilsner. A light lager ..4.8 ABV.Also tried their 2 sausage sampler that came with potato salad,sauerkraut and a brotchen roll. We sampled the Krakow sausage which was like a Polish and Weisswurst which was a light German style sausage. Platter is big enough to share.Plenty of parking.Definitely worth a stop when in Charlotte.

Great place to visit. Large facility that has a big parking lot but still difficult to find a spot.We ordered the schnitzel that was huge but not quite as good as Austria, however one piece was enough for 2 people.Friendly staff that have a running tab situation because you move through the different bar locations.Movie night was going on that night which is fun for families to watch outside.

We stopped in for lunch while taking the family back to the airport. This was our 2nd trip here. On this trip we just had the food while last time we stopped in for the craft beers. Food was good pub style fare that leans towards German. They have a broad selection of sausages. The pretzel and smoked nachos were a favorite. I preferred the snitzel and sauerkraut. It is a nice stop for some quick brews and German food.

Beautiful park and place to hang out with friends or family. This place has many hiking loops which are not hard and fully covered with trees around so you don’t feel that sun draining all your energy. You can walk and walk as you don’t feel tired and hot at all. Recommend with family and kids as they equally enjoy too. Only things is trims are marked properly so use all trail or park map. You don’t get lost though as all the trails are connected. You definitely end up in your parking lot with whatever trail route you take.

I have visited this park twice now. Have enjoyed our time both times. It is free to get in and parking is usually not an issue. We haven’t hiked all the different trails yet, we mainly walk along the river and play in the water. It’s a great place for dates, picnics or just meditate. There are bathrooms available, and a playground for the kids. Check out the pics!

Such a great place to come and enjoy the outdoors. There are different trails to go hiking and there’s a waterfront area with seats and picnic tables. It’s definitely a hidden gem at Lake Wylie. I’ve been coming back for years and I enjoyed it!

We love this place! It is free entry! If you follow the entry road all the way to the end, you will find the main parking lot that has a huge round communal deck on a peninsula with picnic tables, a beautiful view, a grill, trashcans, bathrooms, a walking trail. There are other little roads on the way there where you could choose to explore that have little beach ares with grills and decks as well that are more private for parties /large groups where have taken our kayaks, swam, had a picnic and played in the sand.

After my wonderful experience at Lake Norman, we just had to give Mcdowell Nature Preserve a try. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. Such nice scenery! I am absolutely in love with nature and this place completely fills me up. It is a must see if you are an outdoor woodsy type person like me.

This place was So amazing! My family and I had an Amazing time and the camping location was everything we could ask for. Our tent pad was very spacious, we had a grill, our own electricity, our own water and trash can. We were within very close proximity to the bath house which was kept very clean. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The nights were quiet so we got a good nights rest. We will definitely be booking another visit!!! The campground has so much to offer. I just wish it hadn't rained so much so we would have been able to adventure out some and discover more.

Love this place. My friend and her daughter stayed at the campsite. Very nice and clean bathrooms. Plenty to do, meaning fishing, playground, or nature trail.. Very relaxing. The kids had a ball exploring the trail. I would most definitely go back.

Visiting the Charlotte area and wanted to find a beautiful hiking spot, this is it! No fee to get in. Several different parking areas. Not busy. Picnic, fishing and BBQ grill areas. Bathrooms available. Nicely kept up. So glad we stopped here!

This review is super late, & I had issues trying to upload all of the pictures. I camped out here with a group Friday, 10-28-22 thru Sun, 10-30-22. I never knew this campsite was there.Aside from ROTC, this was my first time camping out. With a portable heater & lighting, it was a decent experience. The women's bathroom was clean. I loved the lake & all of the beautiful fall colors of the leaves. I don't remember exactly how much we paid for admission. Parking shouldn't be an issue unless you have a larger group like we did; you may have to park farther away from your tent and walk back, but it was not an issue. Just have good lighting in the evening.

Really impressed with the lovely setting along Lake Wylie with beautiful views, well managed trails, lots of decks with built in grills for picnics—this was our first time and we will definitely be back to explore more.

McDowell Park is a beautiful nature preserve with plenty of hiking trails. I personally hiked each trail at least three to four times each. I love the diversity. You never know what type of animal you're going to see on the different trails. You might see a coyote, a deer, an iguana, a variety of snakes, chipmunks and more. Don't let that stop you from being your friend, significant other or family. The water view of lake Wylie is beyond beautiful. The sound of the waves brings so much peace. There are several piers to stand or sit on. Depending on where you park there is a park for the kids, a spot to walk down to the water, there are picnic tables and grills to cookout, you can run along the streets and around the center area. In addition, a small center to learn about different species. Overall, a nice place to go on a Sunday. If you want some peace before the crowd comes, I would recommend going during the week or when they first open.

Great local park. Nice kept hiking trails. Lots of picnic tables. You can sit down by the lake. Have fun kits to rent for free at office like Mud Kitchen for kids to play in the creeks with. Something to do all year round. Has a small kids playground but not shaded well so too hot during summer afternoons.Four Seasons hiking trail is paved for accessibly and strollers.

Best primitive camping sites in Mecklenburg County. Reserve ahead of time is the fall the sites go fast. Hiking trails around the lake and plenty to keep you busy in the outdoors. Locked entry exit points with gate code after hours. If you need fire wood get there before 5pm front desk closes. Enjoy.

LOVED MY EXPERIENCE! The seats were so comfortable— holy, they were cushioned and I couldn’t be more grateful. Navigating around was no trouble and we found our seats easily. I loved how staffed this arena was, and everyone seemed to enjoy their job. They were helpful whenever questions were asked.I did not appreciate when purchasing a bottle drink, you aren’t allowed to keep it. It has to be poured into an open lid cup. Very frustrating. We witnessed so many drinks being spilled throughout the night.

Was here in March of 2019 for Pink's Beautiful Trauma World Tour. We really enjoyed the show and the venue. It was easy to get to both before and after the show. Entry was not hard and it flowed smoothly.Concessions for food, drinks, and merchandise moved as well as could be expected. The sets were as comfortable as you will find in an arena. They were not great - they did not suck. Unfortunately, our seats were waaaay back but we still enjoyed the show. Even that far away the sound was good.

Great venue! We had a great time watching the game and learning from the panel. Definitely a great experience and we'll be back.Side note: They could learn a lesson or two from the Mercedes-Benz stadium bc the concession prices are high. Other than that, great place.

I took my daughter and her friend to the TXT concert here. They had a blast. I'm not sure I was completely prepared to hear the whole arena scream for 3 hours though. The staff here were really friendly and knowledgeable and didn't mind answering any questions you had. It was fairly easy finding your way to your own seat. I don't suggest buying a seat on the second level if you afraid of heights. I was almost afraid to move up there. Also if you plan on visiting the Spectrum Center I recommend staying somewhere within walking distance. It cuts the madness in half.

Great place to have a good time,, the only thing that I didn't like was that the space between seats is too stretch and dark to walk if you need to use the restroom..but other than that is fine

Recently, I drove seven hours to take my son to the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, and we had an amazing time. The arena lived up to our expectations, delivering a memorable experience. The only downside was the lack of pre-event activities outside the arena, but the attentive staff more than made up for it by keeping us engaged. We opted for seats in the Founder area, specifically the Flight Deck, and it was well worth it. For just $40 each, we enjoyed access to a buffet and our own table, all while being entertained. The only suggestion would be to have a few extra servers at the stairs for smoother service, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment. To enhance others' experiences, I've included some pictures since there wasn't much information available about the seats beforehand. Overall, a fantastic outing – kudos to the Spectrum Center team for a job well done.

My husband and I went to a concert for my birthday and had a ball!!! We ate before we left and I'm glad we did because as you can expect the price for food and drinks were through the roof high! One bottle of water was $5! Other than that great place Covid precautions were in place we took off mask to take pic😁

I visited Charlotte from Atlanta to see the Charlotte Hornets play the Brooklyn Nets. Great game. It is a beautiful arena. A large crowd. It is real accessible to the LYNX light rail. I parked at the I-485 LYNX station. I had nose bleed seats. I was at the very top but still was able to see the game watching the teleprompters. I didn't pay a lot of money for the seats.

Went to see blink 182 and the spectrum center is awesome! All good seats good staff! Drinks are expensive, but that’s to be expected!

It was great! Sound was great, lighting was great, view was great, and of course Zach Williams, Toby Mack, and Mercy Me were phenomenal!!

Had a great time watching the Iowa/VTech women's game. Kaitlin Clark is must watch basketball. Spectrum center is a great venue and not a bad seat in the house. Be warned, they are a cashless venue.

All around great arena. From the food to employees to cost to cleanliness. Can’t think of anything negative to say. Can’t wait to go back.We’re back. This time I got to walk around and take some pics with only a few other people in the whole arena. The place was spotless, clean as can be. You can tell they work hard and thoroughly to keep it that way.

My mom and I went here for the first time in March to see Olivia Rodrigo. The venue is pretty easy to find through GPS if you’re coming from out of town/state like we were. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The venue itself is also nice and clean. Olivia put on an amazing and energetic show so we had a great time. I look forward to attending future shows at this venue!

My experience was nothing less than perfect. The staff was amazing and the food and service. A+. Make sure you get the VIP tickets you will enjoy it even more.

The venue was really nice. Went for an Eagles concert. Our seats could definitely use more space for leg room though.DEFINITELY eat prior to coming to the venue for your event!!! The food was NOT good at all. Their Pizza smelled and tasted disgusting. Along with that, the pretzels were okay but any longer than 15 mins out, they got stale. Our beer wasnt took expensive in comparison to other venues we have been to.. that was the only pro…It was easy enough to get around the venue. Signs were properly labeled and placed so thats helpful!

Went to see Bad Bunny on 5/11/24 for his Most Wanted Tour … and y’all, everything was absolutely amazing! The set up, colorful lighting, performers , BAD BUNNY himself , even the light up boot everyone got upon entering the venue was lovely ( they’re all in sync & light up at the same time ) ! ALL was great from my front row A seat. (minus the thick smoke from the effects during some parts of the show) .. P.S. the security at this venue is lazy and doesn’t secure much LOL. Btw you have an event to go to, make sure u arrive early for parking, we found a secure parking deck for $25 behind the spectrum ctr for the whole night.Also the drinks we got were good & strong but pricey. Overall 10/10🔥💛

I love to be able to have an indoor arena like Spectrum Center. My only complaint is the seats are very steep in the upper levels. Not sure what went on at the Pink concert but they locked everyone out so the lines were wrapped around for blocks. We missed the opening act (as did 90% of other ticket holders).

We went to Spectrum Center to catch a Hornets game. While arriving, it was easy getting in due to security actively supporting the flow of lines. The building itself is good overall. There are some portions of Spectrum Center that could be fixed or remodeled & there are other portions where you could see it was updated. Some of the positives were that the staff itself was extremely friendly, the scoreboard was clear to see, & the seats were comfortable. Some of the negatives were that the bathrooms weren't kept clean & the food itself wasn't good. The hot dog was dried out & the tenders were overcooked. They have a good beer selection that wasn't too overpriced compared to other events I've gone to. Overall, I'm looking forward to coming back for another game soon!

Spectrum Center - The home of Charlotte Hornets. I have been there many times for different games. It was always a great experience though. The stadium is very central near Charlotte downtown and there are bunch of parking opportunities. I can highly recommend this place to anyone. Come in and enjoy the game with a great atmosphere!

Great time at the Spectrum Center watching one of my fav basketball 🏀 players LeBron James. Everything was great from the security checkpoints to the ease of getting to my seat. Sound system here is nice lol. Overall great experience would visit for future events. Go Lakers! 💜💛🏀

Went for the NCAA Tournament. Sat in the upper deck and suites.200 level : This level has a basic feel compared to downstairs. There is a bar that is decent but the speakers were blown and everyone could hear it. Beware that the upper seats are so high the game feels like it’s in another state. Good flow in and out of the upper deck.Luxury suites: Amenities are low but the suite features are better. Seems to be renovated and clean. Liquor is bottle service only when we were there. Food quantity is very low compared to the price. There was also a critical POS system issue that cause multiple charges to my card. Tons of holds. Server was helpful and we tipped accordingly.Overall, Spectrum center is a decent arena. Easy to get to and easy out. Food could improve significantly in the basic food stands. Food quantity could be stated in the suites menus. It’s very vague and that’s probably on purpose. We will do the suites moving forward to be closer to the court.

My family and I recently visited this venue to attend an educational event for his school, took a behind-the-scenes tour of the Audio-Video sections, and attend the Hornets and Pelicans game. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, it was easy to find our way around, and it was very clean. Ordering concessions for the game was easy by using the Hornets' app on our phone. My only complaint would be that the seating in the upper level (we were in section 208) was lacking severely in leg room and there were no cup holders.
